Wow! I just picked up a piece of information that changed my routine. I had been using contour on my forehead and it had not been looking right. When you mentioned that you did NOT contour your model’s forehead because she had a short forehead a light went off in my brain and I realized that had been my issue. Thank you!

I have to admit, the “before canvass” you were working with is pretty perfect. But you brought her back to her 20’s! I remember in the 70’s and 80’s when a woman got to her 50’s meant a short hair cut and a blue rinse. You were expected to remove your sell from society in a way. The Golden Girls were all in their 50’s and did a lot to dispel stereotypes. But I’d really love to see how the Golden Girls would be played if they ever did the program again. Stunning makeover!
Oh my gosh this was SO WONDERFUL! There are so few tutorials for women with white hair, let alone white hair and dark brows/eyes, both of which I have. I'm 65, very few facial lines but lots of texture beneath my eyes and very hooded eyes. Also I'm very pale olive, and I never can decide if I should use cool shades on my eyes and face to look more contemporary or warmer shades to add some contrast between my hair and skin. I hope you do more work on my silver sisters! We need the attention!

I don't think I have said this, but I will be 60 in a few weeks, and I am an esthetician student. I will be a licensed makeup artist when I graduate and I love love love your videos. When I use a mask I rub everything in and bring the remaining serum from the mask down my neck and decollete. You are so wonderful to watch. Your model is gorgeous ❤

Monica has gorgeous skin to begin with so this is icing on an already beautiful cake. My tip for undereyes: I agree too much makeup product under there can make it worse. Instead, pile on skincare products. If you need volume, hyaluronic acid. If you need tightening up, Vitamin C and caffeine. And so on. Figure out what your skin wants and give it so that the surface you're working on is better than what you woke up with.

I had a total ah-ha moment. I never let the under eye area dry down with each layer, especially with color correcting. I always get so frustrated because the blue darkness always peeks through no matter how much I color correct so maybe this is my issue. I always tell my husband I don’t understand why I still look like I just got out of the ring with Mike Tyson lol. I’m going to try your under eye technique. Thank you Gabi!

Omg I ALMOST bought that City Lights lipgloss with the clear one but decided to just try the clear first! 😵💫😭 I should’ve bought it! 😂 I have all of the same issues as Monica so this was extremely helpful. Hey Tonya! Yes I am definitely an empath too. I really love connecting with people and I am a total girl's girl. I love and cherish my girlfriends so much! Also - the clear gloss is a GREAT one to start with. If you want it to look like Monica's, use a nude pink lipliner, fill the entire lip in with it and then use the nude gloss on top. You will get the same end result without needing to purchase another product.

Please can you do more makeup looks for older women with silver hair. I am 58 and my dark brown hair is now salt and pepper with beautiful thick silver streaks. I have a medium skin tone and green/blue eyes. I have finally embraced red lips and feel comfortable with my complexion etc but it’s the choice of eye colours. I have always been a Bobbi Brown fan and learnt make up techniques at her stores. Now it’s about what matte and shimmers to wear on my lids and the techniques to use on my hooded lids. I tried to shift to cool,colours but it doesn’t work. Your tutorials are just so informative.

I love that you used the color wheel to determine what colors would look really good with her blue eyes. (I’m 66 and have blue eyes, light - neutral skin tone, very dry skin. A lot like Monica’s.). I’m going to try the orange family of eye shadows because they looked wonderful on Monica. The wonder glow is so beautiful on her. Can it be worn alone? You really are gifted. I wish I could go to a beauty class with you, but I live northwest of Chicago! I do color my hair. It’s like light amber. I’ve been coloring my hair so long that I don’t really know how much gray I have. I’m sure it’s pretty close to 100%. 😂 I’m self conscious about my looser, sunken in sort of skin and what I see as jowls. I have heard so many mature beauty influencers say “no sparkly eyes” “don’t wear dark or any eye liner”. I love how you broke those “rules” with Monica. I don’t even know how to do eye liner and I’ve tried for years. I have bad eyes so I cannot see what I’m doing. Anyway, you transformed Monica so wonderfully! My tip for undereyes: I agree too much makeup product under there can make it worse. Instead, pile on skincare products. If you need volume, hyaluronic acid. If you need tightening up, Vitamin C and caffeine. And so on. Figure out what your skin wants and give it so that the surface you're working on is better than what you woke up with.

I had a total ah-ha moment. I never let the under eye area dry down with each layer, especially with color correcting. I always get so frustrated because the blue darkness always peeks through no matter how much I color correct so maybe this is my issue. I always tell my husband I don’t understand why I still look like I just got out of the ring with Mike Tyson lol. I’m going to try your under eye technique. Thank you Gabi!
Yes give it a little time! You may just be adding too many layers too quickly. visualizing it like nail polish really helps.

Best under eye concealer/corrector is Jane Iredale's ENLIGHTEN 1. It starts off peach but as u blend it matches ur skin tone and that's ALL u need! No setting, no powder & it lasts all day!

Omg I ALMOST bought that City Lights lipgloss with the clear one but decided to just try the clear first! 😵💫😭 I should’ve bought it! 😂 I have all of the same issues as Monica so this was extremely helpful. I know those days so well when every makeup product I own just looks like total 💩because of how dry my skin is! Hey Tonya! Yes I am definitely an empath too. I really love connecting with people and I am a total girl's girl. I love and cherish my girlfriends so much! Also - the clear gloss is a GREAT one to start with. If you want it to look like Monica's, use a nude pink lipliner, fill the entire lip in with it and then use the nude gloss on top. You will get the same end result without needing to purchase another product.

Please can you do more makeup looks for older women with silver hair. I am 58 and my dark brown hair is now salt and pepper with beautiful thick silver streaks. I have a medium skin tone and green/blue eyes. I have finally embraced red lips and feel comfortable with my complexion etc but it’s the choice of eye colours. I have always been a Bobbi Brown fan and learnt make up techniques at her stores. Now it’s about what matte and shimmers to wear on my lids and the techniques to use on my hooded lids. I tried to shift to cool,colours but it doesn’t work. Your tutorials are just so informative.

I love how you talked about her beauty within rather than the outer beauty. Yes, she is beautiful inside and out, but beauty within is what gives us the outer beauty. I love that you used the color wheel to determine what colors would look really good with her blue eyes. (I’m 66 and have blue eyes, light - neutral skin tone, very dry skin. A lot like Monica’s.). I’m going to try the orange family of eye shadows because they looked wonderful on Monica. The wonder glow is so beautiful on her. Can it be worn alone? You really are gifted. I wish I could go to a beauty class with you, but I live northwest of Chicago! I do color my hair. It’s like light amber. I’ve been coloring my hair so long that I don’t really know how much gray I have. I’m sure it’s pretty close to 100%. 😂 I’m self conscious about my looser, sunken in sort of skin and what I see as jowls. I have heard so many mature beauty influencers say “no sparkly eyes” “don’t wear dark or any eye liner”. I love how you broke those “rules” with Monica. I don’t even know how to do eye liner and I’ve tried for years. I have bad eyes so I cannot see what I’m doing. Anyway, you transformed Monica so wonderfully! You are a gift to older women like me, and all ages below and above mine. I’m saving this video so I can try to transform myself! ❤

My under eyes, blush not staying on (I have combo/oily skin), and I’ve grown out my natural grey hair for 3 years now so I’ve been experimenting with makeup styles that complement both my hair and skin tone!
