I shot heroin for 12 years and I’ve been clean 6 months and I’ve been forcing my self to run and work out and today I saw your video cause now I want to run a marathon today I did 7 miles with a 9.18 pace and I just can’t believe I’ve come this far as a smoker which now only four a day I just can’t believe it and I loved your video

great story.. from my point of view that's really good results too.. how much time did you spend for that ?? i'm just interested.. i smoke regularly, but i run last 10 months and my pace for 10k is about the same as yours
