I made this and it turned out nice. The next day, I decided to crisp it up in the air fry on max crisp. First I cut it into bite size pieces to help achieve crispiness easily. Omg it went to a whole new level of yumminess! If you own an air fryer, you must try it. The inside was softish and all around it was crispy. It was the best dhokla I ever had :)
