Crazy Final Lap! Loucks Games Mile Down To A Sprint Finish
Вставка
- Опубліковано 12 вер 2024
- The 2018 Loucks Games boys mile race was a well-fought battle. The top three of Loudoun Valley's (VA) Colton Bogucki, Fairfield Warde's (CT) Alex Mocarski, and Loudoun Valley's (VA) Sam Affolder all finished within one second of each other. Even though Bogucki took the win you could say Mocarski stole the show. The senior had one of the craziest last laps pulling himself from sixth -- sitting in the back of the lead pack -- into second.

Amazing footage of the UFO in the first 45 seconds of the video. Many missed what the camera was capturing. It wasn't just the tree tops. Too cool.
1:43 R.I.P. the guy in lane 7
wow, amazing finish!! 61 second last lap by top 3
Is was a 59
ummm, where's the crazy final lap???
I really wonder what their weekly mileage is over the summer and during track session
Bugoogki
I'm striving to get that fast. Unfortunately my best mile is a five fourth two.
Push hard with interval training... my sophomore year in HS I went about a 5:45 to 4:50 during the season. I also wrestled during the off season which improved my mental toughness as well. Good luck.
Here comes Mills!! Here comes Mills!!
loodin valley

Best comment on the board
Appropriately named.... 300m to go, and any of 7 guys could have won it. 50m to go, and any of 3 guys could have won it.
1:42 lmao
meh, last year as a freshman Kyle Harkubus ran the same thing to win GA 7A 1600 state. went over the third lap at 3:16 or something like that and split a 59
Garrett Rogers Running and hasn’t improved since my friend
Easy to be good in the short term and not improve lmao
