Love you videos, in truth I'm not very capable mechanical but I love the way you explain stuff and above all are understanding of costs and not having bucket loads of cash to fix every problem. Really decent bloke!

Another good one mate Love doing these boxes,like the mk5 golf’s Leon’s etc,simple to do,not sure about the Fabia (should be the same there’s no need to remove the bottom ball joint to remove the passengers drive shaft,just undo all the bolts and there’s enough room to pull the shaft out 👍
It would be great to see you do something like a mk1 caddy or golf some time. Seen a few caddy's going cheap that need work done and with the skills and tools you have at hand youd make easy work of it
To be fair, you roll the dice with a used... he got his known box reconditioned which is better, got to stay on the road, and I'm guessing he wasn't without the car for weeks.. I'd say he's in a good spot, and personally I'd appreciate the discount and pay you the difference anyway.. or get bonus beer..

Looks the same problem as my petrol 1.2 ,input shaft bearing inside gearbox,my gearbox specialist told me to put 3 Litres of gear oil in it,he also put a 3 litre sticker on it,hope this helps.enjoying your channel

Fabia is very similar there’s just a couple of extra bits in the way ontop of the battery, other than that they are the same 👍
