When Answering the phone-do you personally turn on Caller ID and Spam Protection.? And if you use spam protection how will the telephone know if it is a genuine caller or a spam-assuming that the caller is not entered into the Contacts? but is genuine?. Your answer would be much appreciated. Thank you for your very excellent, simple and very helpful lectures on the Samsung Galaxy A15.
Caller ID is enable on most phones. Most callers have their name registered when they sign up for phone service and that's the name that will show up when they call. Most cellular (but not all) have some type of SPAM block but you can usually pay for a stronger version. If a SPAM call is detected, the phone will usually send the call right to voicemail. I use T-Mobile service and it sends a lot of the calls right to voicemail. Hope this answers your question.
Thank you for a very thorough and well researched video. I found it most useful as my olde Huawei Pro P30 is nearing the end of it's life and never had a samsung phone, before, so i watched this with great interest. You put a lot of effortt in making this video and it shows ! THANK YOU.
Tried to set up Samsung Store account but it says in red letters below my name that "English Letters Only Allowed" WTF? No matter what I do it says this and will NOT work. Good Grief!!

See if there are any software updates in the settings. Also try restarting the phone.
How do you reset your voicemail if you forgot the password
The easiest way is to dial 611. This should take you to your carrier customer service. Ask them to do it for you.
