My 2 financial goals 4 next year are to pay off my credit card debt and build an emergency fund. A number 3 is to increase my income by becoming a part-time editor.
Biggest lesson i learnt in 2022/23 in the trading market is that nobody knows what is going to happen next, so practice some humility and follow a strategy with a long term edge.
Nobody knows anything; You need to create your own process, manage risk, and stick to the plan, through thick or thin, While also continuously learning from mistakes and improving.
Uncertainty... It took me 5 years to stop trying to predict what about to happen in market based on charts studying, because you never know not having a mentor cost me 5 years of pain I learn to go were the market is wanting to go through the help of my advisor and keep it simple with discipline.
Definitely! All of this happened in less than a year after *Camille Alicia Garcia* told me what to do. I started with less than $100,000, and now I'm about 17,000 short of having a quarter million dollars.
Already paying off CC debt aggressively in 2023. By February I’ll have 3/4 paid off completely. Goal is to have all 4 paid off by Summer. 2023 was rough financially. Everyone I talk to is struggling. 2023 is the year I opened my savings, and I’m trying to build it in 2024.
I just want to say thank you. My goal for the year was to pay off all my credit card debt and it was already starting to overwhelm me so I'm making it a goal to pay off 1 which is more doable right now.
Thank you for this, I’ve made the list time & time again, for me it seems that time is the biggest factor. It always come back to learning a new skill or qualifying a skill I already have. I’m not sure how you did it with kids but having a young daughter I feel like there is never enough time, prayerfully 2024 will provide me clarity on how to get it all done! Thank u so much for your content ❤️
My financial goal for 2024 is to pay off my lowest balance credit card (1300), pay off a $400 collections account, and put $1k towards my $4.4k CC debt. Also, continuing to contribute to my emergency fund and my son's savings monthly
I already feel like I am beginning to destress. I had a lot of stuff going on. Trying to pay off all the bills, paying on time, concerned about losing my position at work in a toxic work environment, trying to buy stock, four different saving accounts, etc. Too much! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Hi my friend, I would like to say thank you for all that you are doing for us by sharing your path with us, its hard to beleive that so many people out here are all going through the same stuff n having soo much trouble trying to get ahead, you are an inspiration, your a breath of air after we got the wind knock out of our sails, I would like to say a special thank you because watching you has started my family on the path of being debt free..Once I get well on my way to fixing all my financial stupidity I hope to learn how to be a financial coach to help others make there way out of the old ways of spending without a budget, without a plan, Ive already learn so much from taking the time to watch a lot of your videos, I need you to keep up the great work,
I feel like what helps me the most from your videos is your honesty and your empathy, seriously! It’s so empowering and refreshing seeing someone so relatable!!! Thank you ❤❤❤
I love you! I am 37 and embarrasing enough just now having the drive to get debt free for real! Your videos are helping me so much and I can totally relate to your approach and feelings about money and budgeting. Thank you SO MUCH for your help!
Dyamna, I am with you, Christmas is over rated, it is one day, that should be able celebrate live with family and friends, that became this extravagant spend fest, people feel guilty when they don't or can't give on that day. It is a man made holiday, that was supposed to be about Jesus that people kill and steal to have things.
that intro was an instant subscribe, thanks for keeping it real! sometimes I feel these videos are kind of mindless, putting money in buckets for the sake of filling the buckets without questioning whether it's the right time for that bucket! thank you for sharing!
You're such a inspiration beautiful and smart most realistic person to tell how to save money you're not just repeating yourself like all these other videos and did I mention beautiful!?
Depending on your bills/ financial responsibilities you could live off of one income comfortably ……. But if you do want to get another one that’s always an option
Thank you so much for this video. I watched it three times and decided to take notes the last time. Your videos always feel like advice I didn't know I needed. I did want to ask a question after listening to step 4. Did your financial experience with the house change your plans for investing in another property?
i cant wait to set up 2024 IRA deductions but ill have to scale back because my youngest now has dysgraphia and getting educational/writing tools are of course....expensive.
in 2024, My main goal is to recover from the scrapes and bruises in the form of debt, that came along with falling off the bandwagon. Lol I don't regret the experience because it did expose me to a whole new world. However, the debt is doing a disrespectful shimmy in my bank account. Ion like it! 😅
Can you please make a video helping those of us wanting to start a good quality UA-cam channel. Like not wanting to film on our phone. I saw the microphone you use and it’s reasonably priced. Does it connect to a webcam on a laptop? Do you use a special camera? I have a lot i want to say, in also a writer and speaker and want to make better quality videos. How do you keep the voice recoding going and change the scene and then back to you etc. Where can i learn this stuff
Just do it. You'll realize you don't need much to produce quality content, but starting is key. Also, there are a variety of videos of content creators sharing what equipment and software they use.
I'm thinking about starting a retirement account but I'm not sure which one is right for me. Can anyone provide some guidance on their different types of retirement accounts available
If you're considering investing in alternative assets, you need to go in with your eyes open. It's not for there faint of heart, but there potential rewards can be significant. I've heard great things about financial advisor Julie Ann Lerch - her really knows her stuff when it comes to alternative assets
One pro of investing is that it can potentially turn you into a millionaire. On their downside, it could also turn you into a poorhouse dweller. So, you know, it's a bit of a crap shoot. If you want to learn more about your options and how to minimize risk, I'd recommend chatting with a financial advisor like Julie Ann Lerch.
@@GwendolynReid-ss6bl Wow! Great to see someone recommend Julie here. Ooh congrats!! Lol girl I used to do that don’t feel bad
Your advice on concentrating on one goal at a time in your similar video for 2023 was the biggest help to me! Thank you for the reminder again 🥰
I was a goal junkie, it helped me out so much too. Glad it was helpful lol❤
