Frank, I love your content and mindset but I have a suggestion: Please put topics in your video titles. Seeing "{Name}: In Conversation" tells your viewers nothing about the content or why they should click. Likewise, your thumbnails put your name and "In Conversation" in 3 inch type (using a newspaper metaphor) but you have to take out a magnifying glass and squint to make out anything about what you're committing your time to. I understand that getting clicks might not be your objective but your conversations are too valuable to bury the lede, sir. Thanks for your powerful voice in the world!
