    doing this everyday to prepare for my schools danceline tryouts and help with dance!!
    day two (28 january 2024)
    my calves still hurt really badly from yesterday, but all day i’ve been keeping them elevated and rarely walking. this class was kind of my end of day motivation haha! i really enjoyed it and it wasn’t painful besides the parts on relève.
