I see you talk about selling established practices....So how would you go about valuing the sale of a brand new built dental office, build out and equipped to the tune of for example $1,250,000 , fully equipped from the ground up that is for example barely a year old with limited sales of $100,000? I am sure it would not be worth only $70,000?
