Atv Muffler Repair - Honda Foreman 350d 4x4

My ATV Muffler had few rust holes and a terrible rattle. Yes, I know this is extreme, but I like to try to fix everything!

I have a Kawasaki atv that I need to do, someone cut the entire end off and pulled all the guts out of the muffler because they wanted it to be louder. This video gave me some ideas. Thanks

That old 350 is in beautiful shape, there aren't too many in that shape still around. And you done a great job on the muffler, that will last for years.

Thanks for this informative video. How did you slide the muffler off? Bolts all around came out ok and clamp is loose but it really seems stuck and have had no luck so far. Thanks!

Get a long piece of wood and hit the backside of the muffler with a hammer. They are always stuck lol

​@@RaztechPowersports thanks for the answer! Could you explain a bit for me please? Hit the back of the muffler to move it forward to loosen, then pull back? I'm not sure where you had the piece of wood as it seems pretty obstructed. Thanks

Did you do anything specific to remove the muffler? Seems like mine is rusted to the exhaust pipe and even with all the hardware removed I can't seem to get the muffler off.

I just ended up hammering it until it came off. I figured it was complete trash anyway.
