this has been one of the most interesting lucian vids i've seen yet.
people often forget that while it's bad getting rekt by better players... it's possible to learn to do the same eventually by applying yourself. improvements are always possible, but if you keep quitting you'll NEVER get better in any sense. it's why i just kinda keep doing my best regardless and sometimes the craziest stuff happens that i didn't realize i was capable of.. hope to see more odd stuff like this down the line. if only things weren't so DC like this, least it's no strikeout lol

Started playing 2 weeks ago and love the game, even though I'm kinda late to it it's still nice to see that people like u (pros) are willing to teach us newbies (gold ranks etc) and give us freebies even though It can be unfair sometimes (when a diamond starts deranking) it's still the intention that counts :), kind of a essay lol but keep it up bro! 👍🏻♥️

Gold is so much harder than it used to be glad more creators are playing in gold recently. Very irritating watching a “how to get out of gold” video and the only tips are “learn combos and learn to fight sig spam”… bruh combos were learned time ago and no one sig spams like that

i always find myself giving people homie stocks, and letting them get weapons before starting but regret it almost every time
Riiiiiiiight, then they start tryharding while you try to let them get back to the match, and get their weapong
Coming from a newbie, there's nothing as tilting as a smurf, and I don't think quitting in such a case is bad - if you're smurfing to own weaker players, you don't deserve the pleasure.
Reverse stock is doable and a fun challenge, but not against an obvious smurf that you barely managed to touch in the previous two stocks.

As a gold personally I understand why they disconnected because I'm in low gold and I have went against 3 diamonds this season and quite a few plats in the last week and it's quite difficult to keep going playing when your beings destroyed by better players time after time

When you hit plat you don’t get a gold border you inly have a plat border
Same goes for diamond. You can only have 1 frame from gold/plat/diamond

True I get what you're saying, but even with all of that there's still the benefit that you'll get better after playing someone better than you, probably occasionally too, and that's basically how ranked works

Idk honestly for playing the game for three years and being a plat about 20 times over and a diamond 3 times I can definitely say that saying. There isn't much of a skill gap is debatable
i give homie stocks because I have experience with lag and end up dying on accident, so i know it sucks to die when its not ur fault

And with that I just wanted to ask you Lucian does gold almost seem more hardcore than Plat? I've noticed the players in gold are hungry so they try so hard and sometimes I get 3 stocked by a gold player and then the next game I 3 stock a plat player. Maybe it's just me but I feel like gold is the hardest point to get out of
100% man i feel you, i entered a tourney and beat most of the plat players there but i went onto ranked later that day and lost horribly on gold

There is no skill gap at all between plat and gold. Its just that plats run more skillwise they are the same lmao
There kinda is, only thing is plats have better movement and more know when to use the right options in a situation

@@eclipse3479 they def do, you're probably at a rlly high elo and havent played or experienced gold for a long time and think they're not that different but they are, you can even see the gap in pros rank to diamond series like phazon's or pavelksi's, and phazon even lost a plat even if it was a fluke
