You can swap the perks freely as you unlock them, you just need to recraft the heirloom for the new perks to be applied to the item

Unlocking is the Major cost though, once you have sone that you can replace insanely cheap
Does anyone know if i get the perk +6 added fire on a fire staff does the beam damage increase or just the physical attack?
You would get an additional tick when you got a target so when it says 75, it would also say 6 so a total of 81 damage. Hope this helps my man!
