The Supremes classic You Can't Hurry Love was originally a number 1 hit for two weeks back in the summer of 1966.It was popularly covered by Phil Colins in 1983, reaching the number one spot again, for another couple of weeks. The song was written by The Motown song writing and production team Holland-Dozier-Holland and became The Supremes 7th number-one hit record. this cover version is performed by the Moon Loungers evening band.

They all have great voices and harmony's, but that drummer is excellent!

The drummer sounds like this impossible mix between Phil Collins and Michael Bolton when they were each in their prime.
Mind = BLOWN, and not merely by that but the harmonics and blend of the vox. I love not only the depth of sound but each separate element. The drums, the bass, the rhythm... And of course the vocals. Impressive sound mixing as well. Furthermore, I could tell this using an Android phone speaker!! Lol. I can't wait to listen again on my full sound system. And listen to even more songs.

I haven't heard this song in maybe 5 years, and it just popped in my head out of nowhere a few months ago and has been playing on repeat ever since. What an awesome song though. It's weird how hearing a certain song can help you remember things you thought you'd never remember.

It makes me think of The Beatles and Ringo Starr. Singing while playing the drums. I've tried to do that too and it's not totally easy.
