@@giordano4218 I'd assume you'd take the character zip that you downloaded and put it into the game. but idk if it works in this Mugen. You probably should ask Rowen that in his comment section. I provided a link in the description.
@@giordano4218 you'd have to manipulate the core files of said Mugen game. If this is a full screen pack, that may be difficult if you don't know what you're doing.
