- An article wrote about Steve Harvey doing a radio show and claimed he supposedly has more listeners than O&A and that Steve said "you can't beat me in the funny department". They listen to his show and hear alot of gospel music and fake laughter. Which Opie ironically points out knowing now it's exactly what he did when he did his latest show. They listen to several clips from his show and take some calls. (3-20-07, 3-21-07)
No one beats Opie in the repetition department.
I argue rich Vos. But Vos wasn't employed by XM. They hound on Vos for repeating jokes cause he's a comedian. But Opie not so much cause he was the boss.
@@mikeysavage9041here's the thing. Vos is funny. Whether or not he's trying to be.Opie gets a good line in once in a blue moon and interrupts good. comedic breaks with callers frequently.

Any of the stupid beefs that the O&A show had with others was always driven by Opie. Ant and Jim were just happy to be making money and having fun talking shit on radio. They couldn't have cared less about these ridiculous beefs Opie would create. Opie's ego has to be among the most fragile ever.

Bullshit. Opie is 10X funnier than Steve Harvey because he at least tries sometimes. Steve literally is incapable of improv, whereas Opie will sometimes throw out a line that doesn't work.

Steve Harvey was fucking hilarious back in the day in the 90's. I admit he isn't as funny today as he used to be. But goodness he's way funnier than these guys. His radio show is mainstream and is for a complete different audience than opie and Anthony. I literally only listen to these guys if Patrice was there. And since he passed, this show went downhill. Steve Harvey been stopped doing comedy, now he just does shows and shit. I feel like Opie is only trying to make a show about something irrelevant
