Whats the benefit of using the covered end of the mallet to strike to bowl vs. the non'overed end...other than muting the produced tone?
I bought one but I cannot make it sing.
It took me about 4 days with mine to figure out the technique to get it to sing.
It works and will sing just practise, my cat loves the sounds! ❤
Now I can make it sing.!

@@pimpleonureye hit the bowl using the wood inside the mouth of bowl then connect that wood at the outer portion of side of the bowl and you will notice it will vibrate! Quick move!
