I'm am so thankful for that little tip how to join the chain stitches together when you are making a foundation DC. I could never figure that out and I do a lot of crocheting. Thank you 💞
I love the hat! Great tutorial but I would like to share a tip, if you don’t mind. For the brim, I learned to do similar, however the big difference and one you might like is as follows: When starting, rather than doing so with a slip stitch, begin with either a magic ring or a double magic ring (personally I prefer the double magic ring because it never opens up once you close it where a general magic ring can, especially on things being stretched). Do everything else the same, ch 3 in the ring…do not pull it closed until you are ready to join that first row together, though. So when you get to that last stitch in the row, just make your stitch that would have gone next to the slip knot into the magic ring and finish it in the top of the first row. Close the magic ring and carry on to start row 2. This prevents that little slip knot bump and gives the look of an even edge on the brim of the edge. I hope that made sense? This is especially good for making hats for preemies and babies, so the little knot does not press against their head making it sore, but it is great for all hats and anything done in the round really. Thanks again for the beautiful hat pattern! I make hats and things for the homeless and I try to make pretty as well as functional hats for the folks to choose from instead of just a basic one and I will start making some of them this week to add to my selection to send in. Thank you. I will be making a couple for me too in different colours too. Be safe and stay happy! With love from Scotland
I, too love your work. It is always so beautifully finished off and your tutorials are super, so well put together. Thank you for sharing so much of your wonderful talent❤
Hello Hello from Germany! I love your joining of the first round with the double crochet. I never see this beautiful ending - what a great idea! You make your Work so perfectly - wow!!!!
You are amazing and so very easy to follow… I simply love this hat, it’s gorgeous especially, that it can be worn in so many different fashions …I will definitely follow you… thank you so very very much… Bonny
You're so~ wonderful showing how to do clearly in English. I've been watching one in Chinese spoken and I tried twice and failed twice. I can't read or understand Chinese. I'm very happy finding your video. Your teaching is great and I appreciate it a lot. I subscribed immediately. 👏🤗😁👍😻 Thank you !
BRAVO IS JUST PERFECTLY GOOD FOR ME TO MAKE A BLANKET. YOU ARE DOING GREAT JOB, AND ALSO WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE THE BEST TEACHER I KNOW ON UA-cam. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND TEACHING EXPERIENCE 😀 😊. FROM SAN DIEGO CA. MARCY G.
You're so sweet and kind for sharing If I can see without the labels block if can its more higher level then I can see your process while you are explaining would be great... Thanks so much 🙏🙏🙏🌹
I will have to watch again and write it down. Because the counting I didn't understand when it was 2 or 3 to decrease on. But it's beautiful. I'll try to do it.😅
I love it!!!! Looks difficult but you explained it so well that I can follow it so easily! Thank you and more power to you!! Happy thanksgiving to your family! ❤😊
Ok nice but i am an advanced crocheter. This is not for beginners. Why. Because back and front dc weaving stitches must be taught in isolation. This is not a beginners stitch. If you stop and slowly isolate these two stitches several times maybe. I can keep up but just do not offer this pattern for beginner. Just a suggestion. We do not want to discourage newbies
I think it depends more on the individual person, experienced or not. I know a crocheter who has picked up the skill so quickly that, despite my having crocheted years longer than her, she's much better than me and would find this pattern easy to follow
Thank you so much. So I made the hat for my grand daughter and I like the second side too. It came out well I think I am making a mistake some where that i can’t fix. I am going to make a second one too if the pattern doesn’t match yours then I will be really sad. But thank you again for teaching’s.
Wat een supermooie steek...ik ga hem zeker uitproberen.. Thanksss very match...'t am ging to try this stich out. ....hope i can it as beautyfull as you did Thanks again....Aniet
What an excellent tutorial! Thank you so much. Things I have been so confused about and been struggling with, I understand now 🥰 Starting summer here🇿🇦 at the moment, but a definite project, scarf and hat for winter next year ❤❤

感恩你,你的教法很好,很詳细,而使人明白,我懂得钩針编織,但單取長針就能前後挑,就有這種花式出來,這是非常棒,再次感恩你的教材,谢谢😂❤❤❤🎉🎉

I am thinking that as I'm watching it. I mean the video looks easy to follow but got lost on that. Thank you
It’s easy enough to follow. Front and back post dc is not a difficult stitch and this is explained very well.
I think it depends more on the individual person, experienced or not. I know a crocheter who has picked up the skill so quickly that, despite my having crocheted years longer than her, she's much better than me and would find this pattern easy to follow
I agree with you.
I agree
