YEESS! Please Lego listen...a battle pack with a few grey pieces to grow the stock and allow to build castle related structure maybe a few dark grey for the stones and a few minifigures... that's all castle fans ask ! Is it too much to ask? Nice builds anyway, it's inspiring :)
Man seeing this made me even more sad that lego straight up exclussively makes everything remotely castle/medieval/fantasy multiple hundred dollars. Cannot understand why they dont do small set alongside the huge ones, i mean it works for star wars aswell
They don't think castle has wide appeal. And dedicated fans will spend hundreds on pick a brick parts so why sell them for less. They even have banner ads for castle puck a brick on the website now.
Yup, that's exactly why i love making these videos. Beyond not having any affordable castle sets on shelves there is just something so nostalgic about battle packs for me.
@@TipperProject To be fair, if I know that Castle has a very large, extremely dedicated fanbase, Lego should know as well. They just are a very large company. @@Goldfyre please make another lego castle battle pack where the main build of this battle pack is a fully brick built medieval style lego Giant that’s the same size as my favorite build in this video a.k.a the siege tower please

The bear knights (confusingly named the frightening knights) also used a Heater shield, its a great mold. I think there’s a lion knights BAM one as well
Good point i forgot those had the same mold. I really should finally buy a couple bear knights, they're so nice and I'm sad i missed their original run

Love these videos and the battle packs turned out great! All of these would sell out instantly if lego made them. I think the muskateer torso works perfect for the black falcons. My favorite of the bunch is the red dragons - they look so cool! Would love to see you add some Bull knights in your collection and make a battle pack for them in the future :)
I don't think they wouldn't just sell out instantly, they would even sell out if they were overpriced at $30 dollars, or even $35. People would be glad to be throwing their money at a bunch of great figures and all the accessories and animals included. Even the pieces for the towers and walls are amazing to use in your own mocs, if you don't want to use them as is to begin with.
I'm really loving your style of MOCs!! I like how you can make it look better than the LKC without the need for 1x2 trans blue tiles for the water, for example. Your vids really inspire me a lot to try out a more simplistic style like this. Thanks!!
Also an idea for another video: Would love to see a similar concept but with a DnD playset wave, which seeing how successfull both the CMF line and baldurs gate 3 have been i think is not the most unlikely thing out there. And using Lego for Dnd minis and terrain just feels like such a natural fit to me. Those could include different encounters starting with a 10 dollar set with a "player character", an enemy to fight and mini dungeon build essentially like the 10 dollar minecraft sets, then around 20 bucks with 2 "player characters" going up against a builable monster or a little swamp hut where they go up against a hag for example. Then in the 40-60 bucks range you could do a cursed crypt with a necromancer and undead skeletons to fight and so on. Would be a super fun video imo
I'd also love to see that but I'm probably not the right guy to make it as my DnD knowledge is quite sparse. You may already be familiar with them but I'd recommend checking out @critbrick for DnD lego ideas
I wish castle battle packs would return. They used to be great. Especially because, unlike Star Wars, they could be purely minifigures due to no Hasbro.
@@notadultyet hahah thanks! Yeah i want my videos to feel like "Saturday morning cartoons" so having them in the background just reinforces that idea. It's the same reason i always upload on Saturday mornings aswell 😁

If these were sold in stores, I'd definitely pick some up, although I'm honestly hard pressed to choose which one(s) I'd buy because they're all so well made. (And I don't have the greatest budget for discretionary spending...)
These would sell very high on the secondary market because of all the expensive parts included. Some of the things like the barding for the horse are insanely pricey today.
I'm conflicted. In one way I love these, as they are exactly what Lego should release, but in another way I really feel bad about that they probably never will. These are just too good. Including a horse, camel or big fig in such a set is not something I see them do in 2024 and beyond, they also have a little too many accessories, or a bit too large a build. Don't get me wrong, this is almost exactly what they should do, apart from maybe giving their own original twist on it, instead of the recognisable Goldfyre style of designing walls and minifigures. I'm a little sad, as these are the best minifigure battlepacks that we will never get. We can always hope can we?
