This was super cool to see and learn about. Jesse Schell is also, quite possibly, the coolest person ever to be a part of anything popular's development. The man lost his job, and has literally no reason to speak of what honestly sounded like a bad experience (with the way Disney treated TTO's staff, especially towards the end). Yet here he is, years after the game has been shut down, answering fan questions, participating in conventions, and just in general making dreams come true by giving us all the info we could ever want about a game we love that he just happened to be a part of. Truly amazing. Love the video! Thanks for gathering all this info. ^^
If it was, I think Disney should have made it more clear that nothing was to be released behind the tunnel. They had identical signs previously on streets like Pajama Place and Polar Place, which ended up leading to different cog HQs, and as such, we thought there was going to be an update that was never to be. I still think it's a nice reference though. :)
I really wish someone would do this. Create the exact Toontown that map shows, and finish the unfinished playgrounds. Complete with all the trolley games, cog moves, EVERYTHING like that that ever existed, even the ones that never made it into the game. Honestly, I'd do it myself if I had even the slightest knowledge on coding!
I started learning coding and will be learning Python soon and will never put down the idea of doing this. It will be my main goal to recreate what Toontown wouldve been and I will stop at nothing to bring that experience to others.
I was going to (almost finished in fact!) the thing, but at the last parts of it, I lost EVERYTHING! Like nothing is left. So there is hope! Someone else might do it! Edit: here are the playgrounds finished, unfinished, and added in by me Ttc: Beta(2003), finished Dd:2013 design, finished Dg:2004 design(goofy as mascot), unfinished, only coding in place Mml:2003 design(beta, merrygoround), finished Brrrgh:2003/2004 design(beta, igloo [NOT HQ YET]), finished Ddl:2013 design, with funny farm entrance added, finished Toon Studios: my creation design, halfway finished Funny Farms: original black and white beta design, finished Construction Zone: original beta design, halfway finished Wacky Woods: My creation design, only at the coding stage Dizzy Desert: my creation design, only at coding stage Cog HQ: this is the beta design of cog hqs, which was when it was one whole. In the game, it was where the chairman was, though you needed lv 50 cog disguises for every Other HQ Sbhq: 2013 design, except factory replaced with SellbotLegFactory Cbhq: only coding stage, mint replaced with CashbotLegFactory Lbhq: 2013 design, except da offices were replaced with LawbotArmFactory Bbhq: only coding stage, golf courses replaced with BossbotArmFactory The only thing left after my little "data reset" was the login screen, basic game running data, and about half of the code for Toon Studios, Cog HQ and Beta TTC. I did immediately start the project again, but whenever I tried to run it, it crashed my computer, so I deleted the data forever. Sorry :(
I'm so happy to be seeing this. I first got a membership for TTO for learning how to ride a bike without training wheels at age 6. Being 17 now and an active player of TTR, my heart is filled and I have chills. It may sound corny, but this game has been in my life for over half of it, so to see and hear exact clarification after over a decade literally of speculation is insane. It reignites a passion in me to play and it's so satisfying and creepy almost to image what could've been. Thank you and I can't be the only one who feels like it
I actually got to see Jesse Schell's Twitter post before this video, but it's nice to hear the explanation. This makes me really hope the TTR team eventually completes all 9 playgrounds, and at this point, I almost want them to return the original Toontown Central, since the current layout was done entirely with Disney influence. Another thing I'd like to add is that maybe "Construction Zone" was actually closer to happening then we thought. After all, in almost the same location it was originally planned, Acron Acres had the tunnel that say "Under Construction".
it'd be great to see that happen! unfortunately Jesse Schell and creative director Felipe Lara both told me that construction zone never got designed beyond the map picture.
Thank you for sharing that! Well, it's sad to see so much scrapped but I love Chip and Dale's. Toontown needed a natural getaway. I still wish it had just ONE road that was a wild forest littered with random cogs where you can gather cog barrels and relax beneath the mountain waterfall... But that's just a silly idea...
+Lovelife090994 Doesn't sound silly to me! I'd love the relaxing scenery, however I think a lot of other people might as well and it could get crowded in some districts haha
Well, now in Toontown Rewritten, Goofy Stadium is replaced with Goofy Speedway, Construction Zone with Chip n' Dale Acorn Acres, and Funny Farm's space EMPTY.
This is so interesting! I'm really bummed about none of these playgrounds making it into the full game. It would've been awesome canoeing against my sister at Goofy's Stadium or running around in a really cool black and white Funny Farm or hopping from beam to beam at the Construction Zone as a kid. >__< Could you make the watermark a little bit less showy next time though? It kind of just bugged me for the fact that it was so much in the way of the map, considering the fact that it was the first time most of us would be seeing it and you yourself didn't technically own the image, but it's whatever. A great video nonetheless! And I've been sitting here watching your videos nonstop for the past hour, so I might as well subscribe while I'm at it!
He probably put his trademark on it so no one else could claim responsibility for finding it. I don't blame him, it's miracle he even found that image let alone Jesse got his email and replied.
Great video. It's amazing how much they wanted to put in the game and it's a shame they never got Funny Farms to happen but it's really cool that Jesse Schell is so open to answering questions to solve these mysteries. Are you going to do a video on the Cog Chairman? Because personally I feel like that's the biggest mystery of all, feels like something that was teased from that video we all got when installing the game yet it never came to anything!
I actually never knew about those 3 old places o.o or of this old version of the Toontown Map, but seeing you do all this to figure it out, and find out what they were, and their purposes, was amazing ^o^ you did an amazing job figuring it all out!
0:16 ever wondered what it would be like to see under those clouds? you could ask some developers, view the source code, or just theorize but here at Loopy's Balls, we do thing a little bit differently
Stellar video man, lot of great info in here. Hard to believe its taken this long to finally see what was under those clouds, but hey- better late than never! Can't wait to see whatever else you're able to dig up.
*Well the last two at **3:29**, are and were already there. The file name was under construction zone because when Disney still owned TTO they were at the time making Chip n Dales area but you did do a good job researching, I'm not criticizing it. Sorry if it may have seemed like it but I haven't heard of the funny farm, kinda scares me x) but any who when I was playing TTO I did see that red path and It always made me curious because every time I'd try an figure it out, I'd only be left in DG street coming from TTC and no where in between. You did a great job though! :)* -further into the video- (totally shocked, happy and upset) *OMGUD why...this is amazing why couldn't it have worked out :( also i seen the yellow road to but it kinda just went into thin air and it made me SUPER curious and i think i read up on this before but pretty young then and it didn't interest me too much, atm TTO was still a thing a huge thing and now it's gone and I'm like full of curiosity. I know curiosity killed the cat and how ironic is I'm a cat in TTR xD an i was wrong holy cow xD well this is what happens when I don't listen to the rest of the video, like holy cow i am impressed Loopy! i feel like they changed it to chip an dales thing but idk thats lame now because i want the construction zone Dx
I'd love to see the return of Construction Zone and Funny Farms in TTR, maybe with new names and concepts. With newer technology and less restrictions, Construction Zone may now be possible, and Funny Farms would be a great and creative edition. The difficulty would be completely making it from scratch, but they did make the new BBHQ from scratch I think, so I wouldn't underestimate them.
That was very cool indeed, glad to have you and Jesse to grant us this KNOWLEDGE. The Construction Zone is very much an intriguing idea, I would've love to see that, too.
If you look at the map, goofys race place has somewhat a baseball place right near it. And next to it is a farm, and on the other side, it seems to be a house with a sign looking like a construction site. It also seems to be a inn (hotel) though.
I have an idea, in the huge space in between goofy speedway and Minnie’s melody land a construction site could be placed there, slowly getting small updates towards its completion and then it change into a full playground for after you have completed the story
I think Sellbot tower(s) were also conceptualized as separate buildings. However as mentioned things just didn't end that way due to technical limitations. You may have battled through the towers, untils you reached the VP after pieing and breaking through a increasingly difficult lineup of sellbots.
They could've kept Funny Farms, and had an old Black-and-white Mickey that could've been 2-D. Goofy stadium could've decently been a thing, I mean, how hard could it be to think of Olympic sports? Just watch the later olympics
+You knowit It was more or less decided that they just didn't need that many playgrounds, that the ones they did implement did enough for the game. Nor may the have had the funding to fully implement it all.
I've been thinking, for Funny Farms they could have incorporated Oswald (or a similar idea) as a mascot, which would have been pretty cool. Its too bad they didn't try to play around with the idea more. :(
hey do you remember in TTO how there were strange bots. like toon bots that you could summon by saying the phrase meet here in specific locations? there was one in all the plagrounds and cog hq's. I was wondering if you knew anything about them because i used them alot back in the original game and they are not in ttr so i wonder where they went.
I'm still wondering... what will toontown rewritten think about this area? I met with a member a few days ago... they said exactly after I asked about the area, "It's work in progress honey." what would that mean? do you think progress can mean construction zone or a new area that has never been known about? Its your job to find that out LOOPY your my only hope...
That new TTR area? I believe it to be a new area that was never known about, however, many things do point to it being a black and white playground and I would suggest that you could believe it to be something like that until proven otherwise.
When I heard " Construction Zone " I went into a trance. One time I was playing with mega blocks when I was 6. And I built a construction zone and said it was a cog HQ. I grabbed a few toys similar to cogs and one for my toon and made my toon fight them. What a freaky coincidence.
Itd be really cool if the construction zone idea you talked about in this video (place where the cogs are made, final boss) I think it would be amazing if this was like a school (possibly one where toons are brought against their will), since american public schools are designed to make cogs out of kids.
i know the npc that could have been used for funny farm. remember steamboat willy (AKA Micky mouse) from Walt Disney's first cartoon so there would have been a black and white Micky named Walt or Walt Disney or Steamboat willy
Something else I've noticed is that despite every playground going through a redesign, Toontown Central was the only one to have it reflected on the map.
That was awesome, I'm most disappointed about the funny farms, as. I loved the Black and White Mickey Cartoons. (Maybe as an NPC, they could have put Oswald there.) (Maybe put a Pete NPC in the Construction Zone, and Goofy obviously in Goofy's Stadium.) But what I'm most curious about, is what is the Trolley Line that leads out of. Mickey's Toontown? Was it maybe a sort of fast travel system? Or maybe it was something else, I am quite curious as to what it could be.
I like this map, It would've made toontown longer, it seems cool. I have an order that i think the playgrounds would've gone in, and stuff like that. Playground 1: Toontown Central Minimum laff to enter: 15 Minimum laff to exit: 25 Gags to choose from: Toon-Up/Sound Playground 2: Goofy Stadium Minimum laff to enter: 25 Minimum laff to exit: 34 Gags to choose from: Lure/Drop Playground 3: Daisy's Garden Minimum laff to enter: 34 Minimum laff to exit: 45 Gags to choose from: None Playground 4: Donald's Dock Minimum laff to enter: 45 Minimum laff to exit: 55 Gags to choose from: Trap/New Gag? Playground 5: The Brrgh Minimum laff to enter: 55 Minimum laff to exit: 67 Gags to choose from: Gag Choice 1/Gag Choice 2 Playground 6: Minnie's Melodyland Minimum laff to enter: 67 Minimum laff to enter: 75 Gags to choose from: Gag choice 4/Gag Choice 5 Playground 7: Funny Farms Minimum laff to enter: 75 Minimum laff to exit: 88 Gags to choose from: Last unpicked gag track Playground 8: Donald's Dreamland Minimum laff to enter: 88 Minimum laff to exit: 100 Cog Suit: Bossbot Playground 9: Construction Zone Minimum laff to enter: 100 Maximum laff to enter: 120 Cog Suit: Lawbot Bonus: 7 fishing trophies 4 gardening trophies 5 Sellbot laff boosts 5 Cashbot laff boosts 5 Lawbot laff boosts 5 Bossbot laff boosts 3 Golfing laff boosts Maxed laff: 154 If that's toontown with the full maps, this is what I think the order of playground will be.
You know, in a way, it kinda makes sense that BBHQ was originally connected to Donald's Dreamland. Bossbots are supposed to be at the top of the Cogs food chain, hence their name: "BOSSbots". The fact that Donald's Dreamland is supposed to be the final and most difficult playground in the game is a plus.
if you look back at toontown online, you can see a cloudy area where funny farm was supposed to be. Could it have been added in? And why did toontown end? They could have added it in though.
+LoopyGoopyG Well, on the map shown in this video, funny farms is exactly where the Toontown Rewritten maps cloud is. It has also been confirmed by the TTR staff that whatever is behind the cloud is not cog nation. Along with that, the original Toontown was supposed to have Funny Farms as a playground. It would also explain why the TTR team has had a lack of significant updates since BBHQ came out. And besides, if its not Funny Farms, then what else could it really be?
As far as an NPC for Funny Farm is concerned, they could have just used an old timey Mickey Mouse. After all, the primary NPC in Daisy's Garden was Goofy for a time.
Construction Zone was going to be something dangerous, but it's in the place of Acorn Acres. This is why I think they were going to make Acorn Acres something else, if not, more dangerous than all the other playgrounds.
Maybe, in TTR, the workers of TTR may be able to try and remake some of these playgrounds! I have came up with some small idea for some playground streets and stuff. Funny Farms/Farm (whatever): The streets don't HAVE to be streets! They can make it an open field thing. There is 1 tunnel on one side, and another on the other! And the cogs would just roam around. Not too much though :/ Goofy Stadium: There would be a special type of cog UNIQE to THIS playground! Athlete Cogs. Sure, it'll be hard to code, but who cares? I'm just saying some ideas! These athlete cogs would include from least to greatest: Athlete, Pole Vaulter, Javelin Mopper, Loopy Jumper, Light Dasher, Big Jumper, Disc Stomper, and the EXTREME ATHLETE!!! A street would have all of these cogs in it, but olympic themed! It would be a huge stadium. You would enter into the field thing from one side, and exit at the top of the seats. Construction zone: Another type of cog unique to this, Construction Cogs. These include (not in order): Crane Crasher, Bulldozer, Wrecking Cog, Scoop Da Loop, Wall Faller, Steel Clasher, Mr. Brick, and Sick Metal. These streets would be themed on cranes. Toons would spawn on one, and these cogs are ONLY battleable in HQs. Instead, in these streets, these cogs would knock you off depending what level they are. You will be sent to a checkpoint (a small beam pole with a yellow flag) and will have to start from there. If you are tired of this, you can use the TP button which is located at each pole thing. HQs: Construction HQ and Athlete HQ Construction HQ: You will have to run on top of cranes and steel beams and stuff like that to get to the construction zone things for your parts. When you get enough, you have to go even HIGHER and take an elevator over the HQ to the boss fight. (The Head Construction Guy) and to destroy him, you have to fight with other toons and use the huge crans to lift him up and drop him down. I can't think of anything else... Maybe you can add onto this. Athlete HQ: The way you will get to the factory things and boss battle is by doing certain olympic things. Well, that's in the factory things. WAIT! I got it! Olympics! There are 3 types of olympic elevators. Bronze, Silver, and Gold. It doesn't matter which ones you choose, you earn the same things. Just that some are harder than the other. You will progress through by doing certain olympic events and fighting athlete cogs as you run. The boss is Olympic Torch. I can't think of a battle with him, so, think of something for meh ;-;
Do you think toontown rewritten will have new designs and better graphics for the playgrounds and streets (Basically everything in the map) later on in the years? Maybe kinda like 2.0?
Do you think backgrounds/textures for those unused Playgrounds inspired the Goofy Speedway tracks? (Rustic Raceway/Airborne Acres are farm-themed, and Screwball Stadium/Corkscrew Colisuem are stadium-themed).
4:20 when he said shoot for the moon and shows a pic of the toontown moon I thought he was talking about how he tried shooting a picture of the moon. Lol
Nice video, I subscribed! I recommend reducing the opacity on your watermark next time.
+QuackityHQ Thanks so much Quackity :)
+QuackityHQ Hi!!! Love your videos!
+QuackityHQ I totally read this comment in the text-to-speech voice
Woah quackity

Yeetttttt
I wonder if the 'Under construction' sign at Acorn Acres was some sort of tribute to Construction Zone?
Oh my god yes
Give this man a Nobel Prize
+TheTrueSniver Thx u. :D
If it was, I think Disney should have made it more clear that nothing was to be released behind the tunnel. OR It's actually the place just for toonfest.
and it is.
This is one of the greatest things to happen to Toontown in recent memory. You deserve some medals for this, my good man!
+Peppersnoop Thank you very much! :)
I really wish someone would do this. Create the exact Toontown that map shows, and finish the unfinished playgrounds. +Antisocial Overvocal that's awesome man
SWEET
+Antisocial Overvocal good luck if you're still gonna continue!
I was going to (almost finished in fact!) the thing, but at the last parts of it, I lost EVERYTHING! Like nothing is left. So there is hope! Someone else might do it!
Edit: here are the playgrounds finished, unfinished, and added in by me
Ttc: Beta(2003), finished
Dd:2013 design, finished
Dg:2004 design(goofy as mascot), unfinished, only coding in place
Mml:2003 design(beta, merrygoround), finished
Brrrgh:2003/2004 design(beta, igloo [NOT HQ YET]), finished
Ddl:2013 design, with funny farm entrance added, finished
Toon Studios: my creation design, halfway finished
Funny Farms: original black and white beta design, finished
Construction Zone: original beta design, halfway finished
Wacky Woods: My creation design, only at the coding stage
Dizzy Desert: my creation design, only at coding stage
Cog HQ: this is the beta design of cog hqs, which was when it was one whole. In the game, it was where the chairman was, though you needed lv 50 cog disguises for every Other HQ
Sbhq: 2013 design, except factory replaced with SellbotLegFactory
Cbhq: only coding stage, mint replaced with CashbotLegFactory
Lbhq: 2013 design, except da offices were replaced with LawbotArmFactory
Bbhq: only coding stage, golf courses replaced with BossbotArmFactory
The only thing left after my little "data reset" was the login screen, basic game running data, and about half of the code for Toon Studios, Cog HQ and Beta TTC.
I did immediately start the project again, but whenever I tried to run it, it crashed my computer, so I deleted the data forever.
Sorry :(
I think I know what Construction Site could've had a use for!
Maybe you could use the crane in there to practice for the CFO!
That'd be cool! :D
Yeah we need to practice with the crane
Yeah we need to practice with the crane
Really cool idea!!
+Megasnoop It's all 100% factual. Thanks Megasnoop! :)
+LoopyGoopyG dang i like this im subscribing to u and i think ur really smart
+Caleb 2.0 Haha, well thank you!

You have done a great service too toonkind. You are the historic hero of toontown!
+LoopyGoopyG also I want to buy stock of Loopy's balls
Xavien Sykes ?????
Xavien Violet Sykes for his new task in the Brrrgh
I actually got to see Jesse Schell's Twitter post before this video, but it's nice to hear the explanation. +TheMcMuffin Great point! Maybe whoever designed Acorn Acres knew of Construction Zone and was their way of paying homage to it.
Could be! I'm sure they must've known about the previous plans anyways :)
Everyone only notices TTC, what about MML and the mary-go-round :(
Yeah, I really wish the mary-go-round still existed in it's place..
I hope toontown rewritten adds in all of the scrapped playgrounds or at least makes some reference/homage to them
I want that, too, but sadly, I doubt we'll get it :(.
They could add in Funny Farms and rename it Timeless land. That would make it so more classic cartoons could be added in; especially to the city part.
Well there is a cloud over where funny farm would have been
No, I think we will. The TTR staff needs to see this video and when they do, I'm sure they might make something like that but in a future update.
And Jipto 11 there is! Which means they might be adding something like that!!
Absolutely lovely!
All we need now is to find out what Cog Nation was all about....
Great job!
+SuperSwirl Entertainment Thank you very much :)
I believe construction zone would have been Petes due to him just seeming like it
i think chip and dale would have funny farms and pete would have the construction zone
Oswald would work better in Funny Farms
Well, now in Toontown Rewritten, Goofy Stadium is replaced with Goofy Speedway, Construction Zone with Chip n' Dale Acorn Acres, and Funny Farm's space EMPTY.

I think it's pretty cool how current Goofy Speedway's Rural races are in the direction of what would have been Funny Farms!
+twighlight65500 That's an interesting thought! Hmm..
Great video. It's amazing how much they wanted to put in the game and it's a shame they never got Funny Farms to happen but it's really cool that Jesse Schell is so open to answering questions to solve these mysteries.

+Sparks Flamanic Thank you :)
+LoopyGoopyG No problem :D
DUDE I really love your channel
+therealsupermario Thank you :) there isn't much super deep stuff like this or the map but I'll still make more mysteries videos
This is awesome! It's great to see the map myths finally be put to rest too.Good work!
+JoshsoraGaming Thank you very much :)
This is actually really interesting and I really hope they add more into the game. Thanks for sharing this with us!
+Luke Kelly Thank you for watching and commenting! :)
My word... This is truly above and beyond Toontastic!
Thank you very much! :)
Jesse Schell is so amazing. I love how passionate he is about the game!
Great video also, it was very interesting, informative, and a little spooky :P
+MissMoosycakes Why thank you, he really is too! :)

you could ask some developers, view the source code, or just theorize
but here at Loopy's Balls, we do thing a little bit differently
Fantastic! It's cool how Jesse Schell takes time to communicate with members of the community.
+Thunderslam I agree! He was so helpful in all of this :)
Stellar video man, lot of great info in here. Hard to believe its taken this long to finally see what was under those clouds, but hey- better late than never! Can't wait to see whatever else you're able to dig up.
+Comrade United Hey thanks a bunch Comrade! It was awesome to be able to reveal such a big mystery :)
Amazing video, really shows that some times you can't expect some things.
some things can really be surprising when they go from unknown to known!
This video deserves more views, this was a great watch :) Please make more interesting videos like this, I am def subscribing :)
+Joseph Casasanto (NewportShortie) Thank you, that's my goal! :)
LoopyGoopyG
Well I will be here watching them :) thank you for the very interesting video :)
+Joseph Casasanto (NewportShortie) It's my pleasure :D
Thanks for revealing that map!
You bet!

+J Bencivengo It's my pleasure, thank you too!
That was very cool indeed, glad to have you and Jesse to grant us this KNOWLEDGE. The Construction Zone is very much an intriguing idea, I would've love to see that, too.
+Chazarz KNOWLEDGE is very essential. I keep all my KNOWLEDGE on bookshelves next to my KNOWLEDGEmobile.
Here in my comment, just next to your new comment here. But you know what I like better than these comments? KNOWLEDGE.
+Chazarz Just buy what I'm selling to gain the KNOWLEDGE to have KNOWLEDGE
Nice video of ttr does bring these places I might play this more often :) but amazing work 10/10 :)
+Sebastian Serna Thanks Sebas! :)
+LoopyGoopyG *if
I'm not much of a _toon_ but this is pretty interesting. Good sloothing!
+JohnnyDaPirate Thank you very much kind sir
Back at it again with the amazing videos. I can't believe they revealed the map :0
+SkarmMines Haha thank you, I know right!
damn loopy
Who to put in the farm city? Clarabell...
Nich711 or Pete !
Love That Intro!
one of the only videos ive seen that actually follows through on its claim to show you something pretty uncommon/rare. nice :)
If you look at the map, goofys race place has somewhat a baseball place right near it. And next to it is a farm, and on the other side, it seems to be a house with a sign looking like a construction site. It also seems to be a inn (hotel) though.
Also, you can see the farm standing at tic
I have an idea, in the huge space in between goofy speedway and Minnie’s melody land a construction site could be placed there, slowly getting small updates towards its completion and then it change into a full playground for after you have completed the story
I think Sellbot tower(s) were also conceptualized as separate buildings. However as mentioned things just didn't end that way due to technical limitations. You may have battled through the towers, untils you reached the VP after pieing and breaking through a increasingly difficult lineup of sellbots.
omg ty for this you make me happy when you make videos like this
+jose vega aww thank you so much!
Very impressive. This deserves more rep. good job
+Sam Quaile Thank you very much :)
That's a cool thought! Thanks for sharing your idea :)
They could've kept Funny Farms, and had an old Black-and-white Mickey that could've been 2-D. Goofy stadium could've decently been a thing, I mean, how hard could it be to think of Olympic sports? Just watch the later olympics
Latest*
+You knowit It was more or less decided that they just didn't need that many playgrounds, that the ones they did implement did enough for the game. Nor may the have had the funding to fully implement it all.
hmm. Construction zone and funny farms would have been awsome.
Damn I was waiting for this video finally it's here.
+Tj Sumair and better than ever! :P
+LoopyGoopyG Yup I'll try to spread the video to people so they can see they real design of what the map was first was.
Thank you so much! :D
+LoopyGoopyG You deserve it being the only one to figure out what the damn map was supposed to look like.
Haha thanks. It's great to be able to be the first to finally show what it really was! Especially Construction Zone and the Cog HQ's
This was a really great and super informative video! Gained a sub :)
+Grace Kendrick Thank you! I appreciate the support :)
It's ok lol :) Good youtubers deserve support!
I fucking subbed even doe I quit toontown. I love how you put in work and answer questions about this game, keep it up dude!
+Oddxy Thanks a bunch :)
I've been thinking, for Funny Farms they could have incorporated Oswald (or a similar idea) as a mascot, which would have been pretty cool. Its too bad they didn't try to play around with the idea more. :(
That's why the under construction tunnel is in Chip and dale's! Because of Construction zone. Happy to know about that after all these years
Well my mind just exploded. Now to go ask my Doctor if i'll be fine after watching this.
hey do you remember in TTO how there were strange bots. like toon bots that you could summon by saying the phrase meet here in specific locations? there was one in all the plagrounds and cog hq's. I was wondering if you knew anything about them because i used them alot back in the original game and they are not in ttr so i wonder where they went.
+Jake And Company I don't actually know what you're referencing, if you can find anything let me know!
+Jake And Company Wow, I never knew that. I think those were from hackers who set up those toons but I'm not sure? I'd have to learn more.
now i'm really sad that these never happened especially funny farm imagine if it turned your toon 2d in that old style that would of been rad lol
+Hawktalon18 Yeah that'd have been so cool :s
I'm still wondering... what will toontown rewritten think about this area? I met with a member a few days ago... they said exactly after I asked about the area, "It's work in progress honey." what would that mean? do you think progress can mean construction zone or a new area that has never been known about? Its your job to find that out LOOPY your my only hope...
That new TTR area? I believe it to be a new area that was never known about, however, many things do point to it being a black and white playground and I would suggest that you could believe it to be something like that until proven otherwise.
Awesome video!!!! Really entertaining!
+Aceinator4eva Thank you!! :D
When I heard " Construction Zone " I went into a trance. One time I was playing with mega blocks when I was 6. And I built a construction zone and said it was a cog HQ. I grabbed a few toys similar to cogs and one for my toon and made my toon fight them. What a freaky coincidence.
I actually thought you were kidding about the map.
+Fumbledorf I thought he was going to say nothing.
+Gravity Dog She?
+Chewbacca Solo Hopefully a typo lol
+LoopyGoopyG XD Yep that's a typo alright. I usually think of myself as a careful typist, oops.
lol, happens to the best of us.
Itd be really cool if the construction zone idea you talked about in this video (place where the cogs are made, final boss)
I think it would be amazing if this was like a school (possibly one where toons are brought against their will), since american public schools are designed to make cogs out of kids.
YESS!! Thank you!!!
+Little Tom Jabbermonkey You're welcome! :D
ANOTHER thing is there's a tunnel near Daisy's garden to the bottom right of it. That tunnel has no road. It lead to, CONSTRUCTION ZONE
+Kick Blaster That's true! It's weirdly placed.
i know the npc that could have been used for funny farm. remember steamboat willy (AKA Micky mouse) from Walt Disney's first cartoon so there would have been a black and white Micky named Walt or Walt Disney or Steamboat willy
I knew from an image I found online the cog HQs switched, but I didn't remember where they went to
Glad I found this channel tbh. Subbed,
+Chris P Bacon Thanks
in chip and dales there is literally a sign that says Construction zone
Goldfish Lover Penbite oh my gosh that’s so true. Maybe the construction zone is where the cogs were built
Something else I've noticed is that despite every playground going through a redesign, Toontown Central was the only one to have it reflected on the map.
this guy needs a lot of attention now
+Notsoepicdude / TheNotMarioBros Haha thanks :)
the toontown server dessert storm has a funny farm
That was awesome, I'm most disappointed about the funny farms, as. I loved the Black and White Mickey Cartoons. (Maybe as an NPC, they could have put Oswald there.) (Maybe put a Pete NPC in the Construction Zone, and Goofy obviously in Goofy's Stadium.) But what I'm most curious about, is what is the Trolley Line that leads out of. Mickey's Toontown? Was it maybe a sort of fast travel system? Or maybe it was something else, I am quite curious as to what it could be.
Funny Farms? Goofy Stadium? Construction Zone AWSOME IDEA LOOPY!!!
I like this map, It would've made toontown longer, it seems cool. I have an order that i think the playgrounds would've gone in, and stuff like that.

If that's toontown with the full maps, this is what I think the order of playground will be.
is that shirt available in-game?? I never see it in-game
+Sophia Cryzik It's not available on Toontown Rewritten unfortunately
So there really was a Funny Farm after all? My mind is so blown that you can find pieces of it all over the world.
+BigEWR Yep, it's fun to think about!
The streets for Construction zone could have been an homage to cartoons that took place in cities.
Great video guy!
+Everything Roy! Thank you Roy ;)
I can't believe a game like this has mysteries and dark ones aswell
WHY AM I SEEING THIS 4 YEARS LATER
if you look back at toontown online, you can see a cloudy area where funny farm was supposed to be. Could it have been added in? And why did toontown end? They could have added it in though.
Funny farms is 99% chance of being added in ttr
+☻{lopy911}☻ What makes you say that?
+LoopyGoopyG Well, on the map shown in this video, funny farms is exactly where the Toontown Rewritten maps cloud is. It has also been confirmed by the TTR staff that whatever is behind the cloud is not cog nation. Along with that, the original Toontown was supposed to have Funny Farms as a playground. It would also explain why the TTR team has had a lack of significant updates since BBHQ came out. And besides, if its not Funny Farms, then what else could it really be?
I'm not sure, but either way I'm excited to see what's in store!
+LoopyGoopyG By the way, construction zone would also be nice to have...
yeah, it would've been my favorite
I wish Funny Farm happened. I love old Disney cartoons and themes. Also I wish there was a park for Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.
As far as an NPC for Funny Farm is concerned, they could have just used an old timey Mickey Mouse. After all, the primary NPC in Daisy's Garden was Goofy for a time.
that's true!
I always wondered what was under that cloud in all my life. I was actually born in the same year Toontown Online was made, but not the same month
+Jonathan Roy I feel a little old now haha
Jonathan Roy I was born in June 2nd, not the same year though. But the same date like tto
I just noticed, it that fossil fighter music in the into?
Construction Zone was going to be something dangerous, but it's in the place of Acorn Acres. This is why I think they were going to make Acorn Acres something else, if not, more dangerous than all the other playgrounds.
Maybe, in TTR, the workers of TTR may be able to try and remake some of these playgrounds! I have came up with some small idea for some playground streets and stuff.
Funny Farms/Farm (whatever): The streets don't HAVE to be streets! They can make it an open field thing. There is 1 tunnel on one side, and another on the other! And the cogs would just roam around. Not too much though :/
Goofy Stadium: There would be a special type of cog UNIQE to THIS playground! Athlete Cogs. Sure, it'll be hard to code, but who cares? I'm just saying some ideas! These athlete cogs would include from least to greatest: Athlete, Pole Vaulter, Javelin Mopper, Loopy Jumper, Light Dasher, Big Jumper, Disc Stomper, and the EXTREME ATHLETE!!! A street would have all of these cogs in it, but olympic themed! It would be a huge stadium. You would enter into the field thing from one side, and exit at the top of the seats.
Construction zone: Another type of cog unique to this, Construction Cogs. These include (not in order): Crane Crasher, Bulldozer, Wrecking Cog, Scoop Da Loop, Wall Faller, Steel Clasher, Mr. Brick, and Sick Metal. These streets would be themed on cranes. Toons would spawn on one, and these cogs are ONLY battleable in HQs. Instead, in these streets, these cogs would knock you off depending what level they are. You will be sent to a checkpoint (a small beam pole with a yellow flag) and will have to start from there. If you are tired of this, you can use the TP button which is located at each pole thing.
HQs: Construction HQ and Athlete HQ
Construction HQ: You will have to run on top of cranes and steel beams and stuff like that to get to the construction zone things for your parts. When you get enough, you have to go even HIGHER and take an elevator over the HQ to the boss fight. (The Head Construction Guy) and to destroy him, you have to fight with other toons and use the huge crans to lift him up and drop him down. I can't think of anything else... Maybe you can add onto this.
Athlete HQ: The way you will get to the factory things and boss battle is by doing certain olympic things. Well, that's in the factory things. WAIT! I got it! Olympics! There are 3 types of olympic elevators. Bronze, Silver, and Gold. It doesn't matter which ones you choose, you earn the same things. Just that some are harder than the other. You will progress through by doing certain olympic events and fighting athlete cogs as you run. The boss is Olympic Torch. I can't think of a battle with him, so, think of something for meh ;-;
Either way, someone should make stuff like this happen :)
Things have changed al lot . How about the pet shop ? I have funny farm undercloud , so how do in into ?
I hope the TTR team makes it even better and expands the map to the funny farm and goofy stadium but prob not construction zone but who knows?
+Noah Casillas Nobody knows for sure except the TTR staff. But there's always hope! :)
yup always have hope
found a idea
maybe they werent done constructing chip and dales so they left it like that without any dissapointments?
I'm guessing funny farm would have been Horace Horsecollar's world.
You deserve way more subscribers.
thank you
Do you think toontown rewritten will have new designs and better graphics for the playgrounds and streets (Basically everything in the map) later on in the years? Maybe kinda like 2.0?
does anybody legit notice that the red playground looks EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE LOOPY ENTERED IN TOONTOWN 2.0
wait does this mean ttr could pertentualy add this to ttr
they could if they were interested and pursued it
thier enough
We'll see!
5:00 I had to check to be sure that this wasnt posted on april 1st
Can you give us a download link to the Toontown beta map that you showed us?
Do you think backgrounds/textures for those unused Playgrounds inspired the Goofy Speedway tracks?
(Rustic Raceway/Airborne Acres are farm-themed, and Screwball Stadium/Corkscrew Colisuem are stadium-themed).
I highly doubt it, I don't think any of the playgrounds made it to the stage of development that'd involve textures and backgrounds
LoopyGoopyG Oh I gotcha, so they only concepts, but they didn't really go further.
yeah pretty much
PETE WOULDVE BEEN A PERFECT NPC FOR FUNNY FARMS AHHHHH
4:20 when he said shoot for the moon and shows a pic of the toontown moon I thought he was talking about how he tried shooting a picture of the moon. Lol
get yo waterguns out
4:20 huh
