The campground my brother and I used to go to had a "Van-In" on Memorial Day weekend every year. Tricked out vans of all sizes and styles packed into this little mom and pop campground out in the middle of nowhere in Illinois. The 1st time I went was also the drunkest I have ever been. Memorial Day Weekend 2008, I had just graduated high school and I went out to the camper with my brother. I got there probably about 8 in the evening. 15 minutes later I have my 1st drink of the weekend and we did not stop until we were ready for bed. Woke up the next morning, ate breakfast, and did a shot. I was hammered from about 9 on Friday night until about 2 in the morning on Monday. My brother still camps out there, but they stopped doing the Van-In a number of years ago

The Gathering was in Atlanta. I used to go every year. And we had a guy with a bug sprayer full of hooch we would all drink as he sprayed our mouths full. Oh the good times.
