The hit register is awful too. Best I can say is hold your cross hair up at head or body level at all times. The less movement or flicking the better.
This is actually a budget build. All 2 piece resilient and elemental aversion. The legs have shirking energy on them. 2 weapon perks empowering fireball and exhausting net shot. Both on the weapons.
