Measure your Semi Truck's Alignment.. with string?!?

Here are some quick Alignment measurements to take if you feel a pull with your truck, or have some accelerated tire wear issues. We use a string to take a rough measurement of the Thrust Angle to make sure the rear axles are pointed straight ahead!

I thought these big rigs were 96'' wide. Why did the tape measure only read 91'' ?
