He has a video where he says "ethol moltol...." Pauses then moves on. Clearly that one has it, but it's not whipping through the base.l, so I'm not interested.

I love the uomo line! Some of my first fragrances. So affordable, beautiful bottles, and all of them last long on my skin. My favorite is still the original uomo. Thank you for your review, Aaron!
This believe it or not, was my very first fragrance. I bought it from macys back in 2019 cause i was in 11th grade and at the mall with my friends. Not sure about the performance now but my bottle is absolutely MONSTROUS in terms of performance. My mom always asks “how much cologne did you put on” and it’s literally ONE spray of this stuff. Also they changed the bottle design because on mine there’s no cap, it’s just a sprayer with a plastic stopper. Very interesting!
I recently saw that Loreal is the highest consumer of fragrance chemicals, About 7 percent of the whole market. This should give the considerable market clout pricing wise which probably helps them maintain quality as Aaron noted as well as price. Also Nestle owns about a quarter of Loreal and I would bet that that gives them access to those flavor laboratories for some really cheap chemistry. Just guessing, but indeed Loreal cosmetics and stuff is not bad for the price.
Valentino fragrances were very impressive when they were still under PUIG. L'oreal has absolutely destroyed the house and I completely disagree with anyone thinking others wise.
@@MoahGentlewhen Valentino was under puig they continually released fragrances that when smelling it for the first time you'd have to honestly ask, this is a designer scent? It smells of Niche quality and uniqueness. They released arguably the best iris scent since Dior homme (albeit a note I'm not personally fond of). They had a great patchouli scent and the oud scent was impressive as well, as far as an oud interpretation is concerned. Since being under L'oreal every offering has been completely unnoteworthy. Just your run of the mill fresh fragrance.
@@Chief-Solarize that is there aim obviously. I don’t know that all that many people even like the recent releases in the men’s line. Just because something is generic doesn’t mean it will be mass appealing. Doesn’t mean it will actually sell well. L’Oréal obviously has massive sales with YSL but they have many brands that just fall off completely. Look what happened with Atelier Cologne.

I bought this on a blind buy and after smelling it for the first time, I thought it was way too sweet almost smelling like a women’s perfume. But after wearing it...... I’m loving it!!!! It’s a sweet, masculine fragrance that makes em keep wanting more, and keeps em wanting to get a wiffff and see where the scent trail leads. Nuff said Just need to smell the intense fall in love all over again!!!
This is my favorite. I’ve always liked masculine smells but felt self conscious wearing them as a woman. The ones they market as feminine just smell like strong chemicals to me. Finally, a unisex smell that is a combo of masculine and feminine smells. It’s so lovely. 😊
I've bought Born in Roma Inntense recently. Wife and I both liked it quite a bit more than that, and I've been using it with your Carbon. It definitely does make t he scent last much longer. I would like to see you review that one.
Such a shame all these companies are selling out to cukoo companies like L' Oreal. I've been tempted to buy uomo Intense afew times but I'm not giving them money after what they did to Mugler.
I've got the new "reformulated" Uomo Intense (and the OG Uomo also) and i gotta tell you......it's stronger than the original believe it or not! Go for it!

Ladies love this scent guys , it’s for the sweet and sexy playboy. You really need the personality to pull this one off. My best way of describing it , it’s for the sexy one on one moments, or when you’re feeling entirely playful
regarding Loreal preserving the heritage of valentino., they did re-released Valentino Uomo 2021. its not the same Valentino Uomo 2015 by Olvier Polge. they also change the notes on the 2021 version.
Love to see you review this Aaron. This scent gets a lot of hate, it was one of the first ones I bought when I started buying perfumery only a few years ago. It's definitely just like a "freshen up" type of scent but its still pretty versatile, I still really enjoy it!
After the acquisition, Oréal reformulated various fragrances of its brands, Valentino Uomo intence (iris-base fragrance) was improved but Valentino uomo EDT was destroyed, in the house of Prada, Prada l’Homme intence was clearly improved. They focused on heavier flankers and I have to say both are very good fragrances now
I just bought the Valentino born In Roma. I am not that impressed of how it evolves on my skin, but it persists about 6-8 hours. It’s not bad but I paid €95 for 100ml in Italy

@@WileyJordan you’re still putting chemicals on your skin, which 100% is absorbed into your body. Chemicals aren’t inherently bad but it might be something to research.

I have Prada lhomme intense, puig made in Spain and L'Oréal. both the same, no difference. when I went to bed, I test Valentino uomo and the puig made in spain lasts longer than the L'Oreal version. woke up in the morning and I could still smell the puig version but nothing much, you have to put your nose right up close to smell it, so no biggie really.
Uomo 'Intense' flanker is the best because of the Iris. Sweet overuse of Tonka makes it smell too designer tho. So L'Oréal bought out the comapny in 2019, i rushed to all the stores in my area and purchased a total of 12 bottles of the 'Intense' flanker cause im batshit crazy about buttery 1980's lipstick Iris, which this is one of those rare fragrances that has it within it's dna. I was worried about reformulation. I did a test in store vs batches between both companies at that time, and didn't notice a difference. BUT, the OG store tester was omg incredible Iris! I think the bottle design is to represent the inside of a Craps Table in a casino.

Hello, watching You has unspired me to make my own fragrance, just to stray something nice that will last an hour, and I have a problem with solving oils in alcohol(it is perfumer grade alcohol), it is 96% and some of the oils just dosnt disolve, i use only naturals, sadly that is the only thing I can get atm in Serbia, any tip how can I dissolve all oils? I use sweet orange, mint, ylang ylang, rosemary, patchouli, lavander 40/42, franckinsence serrata and west virginian cecederwood
Noats sound good I have used a bottle of the original Valentino was nice but like you said dosent last its not for me ither. As you age your tastes change .thank you for this utube video.
I wouldn’t recommend it on highest heat, below 30 degrees celcius is ok for me and I don’t use it to the gym, it tires me even more. Actually that’s my thing I don’t want to wear anything to the gym except versace’s the dreamer because it is light as hell. I recommend this house for someone who looks for fragrances to just make you smell appealing. Valentino doesn’t have any art going on in their fragrances, at least on the ones that I’ve tried, but they have an addicting quality, they don’t scream synthetic to me. They are indeed synthetic but not annoyingly, for sure. I’m someone who likes more complicated, more soulful fragrances but after some time I realised whenever I just go somewhere not that special, I tend to use rather basic fragrances in my collection. And Valentino fragrances are on point when it comes to no-brainer fragrances. Buy it, spray it, smell nice. Win-win right?
I personally don't like the formulation. I don't like fruit aspects of modern perfumery. It is very modern and a bit generic to my taste. I notice some vanillin in it, it could also own ambroxan I believe. Awesome review as always.

I get 12hrs all day. This stuff smells good.
How ? I sprayed two o three sprays on hand and after 2 hours i cant smell shit

I personally don't like the formulation. I don't like fruit aspects of modern perfumery. It is very modern and a bit generic to my taste. I notice some vanillin in it, it could also own ambroxan I believe. Awesome review as always.
