      The warm up can be done everyday. The loaded Cossack Squat with the squat though should be done with leg training days. Depending on your programming 1-2 times per week.

    The problem I’ve always had was long femur. No matter how much joint mobility and flexibility I achieve, I do feel at a mechanical disadvantage in squatting and certain stances. If I put something under my heels then Iam ok.

      Yep, with a long femur you won't have the mechanical advantage of someone with a short femur for squats.
      But you can still do it, and it's only really squats that it affects.
      Turn your toes out to a 45 degree angle, force ypur knees out and play with the width if your feet.
