The hardest I ever laughed watching Family Guy was the cutaway when Peter says “I too will remain abstinent, I’ll be as untouched as an Asian woman’s turn signal.” 😂 “Good luck everybody” gets me every time.
The cutaway that never fails me: Brian saying he lives with an idiot, Peter turning the stairs into a water slide, and Brian replying, “I’m not calling an ambulance cause you won’t learn anything if I do”. 😂
"The firetruck is a solitary killer [ambulances approach and firetruck warns them off]. Looks like the ambulances are going to have to wait their turn" - Always gets me.
Chris actually has done a couple of cutaways on his own in past episodes, and one of the funniest examples is the time he was able to watch "The Blob" on TV, which always cracks me up every time I see it. XD Chris: "Look out, lady - it's the Blob! I'll save you!" (charges at the TV, knocking himself out)
The cutaway with the sheep being sheared, Horton hears domestic violence and the cutaway when Peter was attacked in the 16 Candles parody were so hilarious!
the one with the cow screaming of pleasure when she's being milked, the other one with the cow being branded and using a ball gag, and how could they not include Seth MacFarlane's favorite (and on my top list as well) the one with peter "feeding" tom selleck tru the tv.
Stewie in a plastic bubble cuts Brian asks how was Stewie’s day, Stewie says to Brian don’t ask, cuts to pinball number count from old school Sesame Street. I die every time I see this.
The only thing weirder then listening to these cutaway descriptions is if the WatchMojo lady went into great detail about each item on the McDonald's menu. That's your cue, Rebecca.😁
Add to the list, Brian’s Butter Swap. In the episode ‘Brian’s Play’, Brian set up a cutaway where he swapped Peter’s ‘I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter’ with real butter, and moments later Peter ended up in an asylum for killing three children.
(Last one) the time they did an African remake of Charlie running home with the golden ticket from Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory but he ends up falling and instead of doing Peter’s classic pain grunt and knee grab the African Charlie inhales then clicks his tongue. What makes this joke so good is that it took me a second to get it but this is hands down my favorite cutaway of all time!
Seeing the Will Smith cutaway made me wonder how many people watching this weren’t aware that Will was a huge rapper in his late teens, lol! Seeing him singing Parents Just Don’t Understand brought back memories! 😊
My personal picks for funniest FG cutaways, in no particular order: Peter's life narration (a bit insensitive regarding Lois' prepped dinner, but totally worth watching) Robert Loggia's long-winded cutaway at the airport (yes, a bit annoying how he just spelled out his name with descriptions in the mix; but, a shame he couldn't finish it all 🥲) Christian Bale's recorded rant (the actual rant was nearly four minutes long w/ a boatload of f-bombs directed at the cinematographer, but an oh-so-satisfying gut-buster with the inclusion of Peter. Whether or not Bale approves is another matter, tho. 😂)
😂🤣😂 My favourite cutaway gags will always be the Michael Jackson 2 one was where he was abusing his crutch while on stage and the breakfast cereal one where the man in him likes the boy in him. 😂🤣😂 Simply hilarious! The Clint Eastwood on the toilet and getting stuck cutaway on the Cleveland show had to best the highlight on that show.
Honorable mentions: Stevie walking around the world to tell a joke at a cocktail party, Dick Chaney as a Walmart greeter, Quagmire making love with Marge Simpson the eliminating all the Simpsons.
@@mojo3318 I saw the actual movie. That was a real disappointment. I don't blame him for deciding to do that. They oddly did acting within acting, Nicole Kidman as a babe hired to portray Samantha Stevens, who also is really a witch as part of the storyline. That movie was just a cash grab.
Late Alan did great acting in Harry Potter series, I can't that scene in which Harry Potter collects his tear and finds out he was a good guy. His reaction on the death Harry's mom was unforgettable.❤❤❤
The coocky monster addiction is my favorite on this list. But my all time favorites, in no particular order, would be: "You'l be kept healthy as a horse"; Tom Hanks in Castaway saying "I'm sorry wilson!"; E.T. refuses to touch tom hanks in Philadelphia, saying: "I don't wanna get aids"; Peter in Castaway yelling repeatedly "Wilson..." and Wilson suddenly correcting him saying his name is...; Not sure if it counts as a cutaway, but that music announcing "you have Aids" was also pretty catchy.
0:57 i remember this scene but the Mandela effect made me think it was 3 cops instead of doctors and instead of giving him a shot they were pulling of his….. hair fur
I agree that these are the funniest Family Guy cutaways. I didn't know why Stewie did that to Will when I saw that episode as a kid. And I didn't know he flew to Los Angeles. I haven't seen that cutaway, but I feel bad for the gazelle. I forgot all about what Peter did after being told to join a book club. I did not know that the prison the prisoner was in was hard to escape from. I have a feeling he's not coming back after saying he's going outside. Now, I know what the guy's name is in "Harry Potter". Also, he passed away? I also didn't know there was a commercial that was animated with Chester Cheetah. You could see his eyes!
Here are a few of my faves: 1) Peter's reaction after supposedly farting for the first time at age 30. 2) Peter calling Mick Jagger and David Bowie's rendition of "Dancing In The Streets" the gayest thing in history, followed by the video playing in full and then cutting back to Peter breaking the fourth wall by saying to the affect of "That happened, America, and you let it happen." 3) Peter and Quagmire setting up the intro to The Hudson Brothers Razzle Dazzle Show, which runs so long that when it cuts back to Peter and Quagmire, both are dressed as old men and Peter once again breaking the fourth wall to tell the audience that show would be back from a commercial. Towards the end of the show, Capt. "Sully" Sullenberger accidentally mentions The Hudson Brothers again much to Peter's chagrin, causing the clip to play once more, but fortunately the episode cuts to commercial again a few seconds into it. What really gets me about this gag is the announcer's uniquely hysterical laugh that has lived in my head rent-free for the last two and a half years 😂😂. By the way, has anyone ever found out who the hell that guy was? I even looked on IMDb and cannot find a single clue about it.
The one cutaway when the crane started chastising the alligator for trying to eat him. “That’s why I slept on your back last night you (bleep)”! Gets me everytime😂😂😂
My favorite cutaway gag is a different one from "Screwed The Pooch." (At least I think it was from that episode.) It's the one where Peter was on the show "Survivor" and he trips over a rock and knocks down a wall, and it turns out the whole thing is filmed on a set right next to The Price Is Right.
The horse shooting the man and riding him , from a season 4or 5 episode is my fav . That’s the thing with family guy , it’s so hard to remember what episode a cutaway came from lol
6:19 I AM SO GLAD SIMON COWELL IS NO WHERE NEAR THAT HEARTLESS IRL!!! Peter, sitting by the fireplace, gives viewers a cutaway gag in script form so they can read it rather than watch it. This scene follows Lois telling Peter that he's had some bad ideas in his day. I only know that the cutaway involves an ostrich and that it comes from the episode where a dolphin stays with the Griffins until Peter helps him reconcile with his wife.
One of my favorites is the bookclub cutaway. Also, I can't remember when he takes a bit out of a rice cake is a cutaway, however I felt the same way trying a rice cake.
-not really a cutaway- but the one time Lois mentioned something about being more depressed than the Zoloft Blob. Zoloft Blob: “who would ever (bleep) me?” Shortly after Lois then tries to invite him to an event outta pity but then the Zoloft Blob protests that it doesn’t sound like a real invitation. Easily one of my top three Family Guy scenes😂😂😂😂
Oh and I just remembered the sex with a Rhino cutaway. Peter : Why would you not look at me during? (The Rhino looks away from him, and Peter rubs off sobbing) 😅

Christian Bale telling Peter off always gets me.

"The firetruck is a solitary killer [ambulances approach and firetruck warns them off]. Looks like the ambulances are going to have to wait their turn" - Always gets me.

The cutaway with the sheep being sheared, Horton hears domestic violence and the cutaway when Peter was attacked in the 16 Candles parody were so hilarious!
The sheep being sheared wasn't part of Family Guy. It was part of Seth MacFarlane's Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy

Every scene with "the iconic Family Guy fall pose" gets me insta going 😂 It just looks so silly
Nr. 13 is my favourite because of the double pose 😂😂
Stewie in a plastic bubble cuts Brian asks how was Stewie’s day, Stewie says to Brian don’t ask, cuts to pinball number count from old school Sesame Street. I die every time I see this.
Yes! I went apes--- when I saw that! "You will not believe the morning I've had." From the episode "The Father, The Son, and The Holy Fonz."
I can't believe they didn't choose Muddy Waters Kidney Stones, that one was hilarious 🤣🤣🤣🤣
It looked like he was having trouble pooping
The scene when Chris is with Connie and he says they can watch the movie distracting trumpet is the funniest one to me 😂😂

Family Guy is well known for a long cutaway gags, and while sometimes they can get annoying, these ones prove why style works.
