1) I'm sure others have pointed it out but Kirara is a shielder and has an outfit 2) I think using the crystals is fine, I said it in your last video but I'll say it again here. Mistakes happen, we are human, the number of crystals you bought doesn't even cover the number lost by the incident, so if you want to use them for whatever, you should.
Just saying, Diona is a healer. So her gameplay is: hold E, ult (if needed) and that's it. She'll stay off-field most of the time anyway. What i mean is that she doesn't fulfill the normal bow character role. 😅
True, I have found her burst very useful to heal my other characters when Noelle is down while fighting weekly bosses. And her shield uptime plus her passive isn’t that bad either… she’s been growing in my ngl

You really deserve her🩷 As for your question, I have c1r1 Citlali and I think her weapon is absolutely worth it because it buffs all damage by 28% for the active character. And since "shields only" may not have many buffers available at all, it may be worth to get it. Lanyan (upcoming shield character) can also use this weapon well! If you lose 50/50, the claymore may not be as useful for anyone tho... Sidenotes: Citlali has extremly good 4 star options: Sacrificial Fragments for example is valuable for energy/nightsoul points management and comfort, while Thrilling Tales (3 star actually) is good for buffing (but only useful for attack scaling units) . Favonius Codex is valuable due to energy recharge and energy management for the team. She's thankfully a character that doesn't depend on her signature, it's just a nice extra to have, so the choice is your's!
16:13 you can get the exploding fruit thingies with the green dino and shoot the pyro monuments with it that should work, if it doesn't just light the ground on fire near the monument Also you should get lanyan from the lantern rite since you can immediately use her plus her shield can absorb other elements, if you do decide to get beidou you can get her C1 from the paimon shop so you don't have to wait for that long to continue the AQ
I’d say the defence polearm is definitely better than prototype starglitter cos even though I don’t use yunjin I’m pretty sure you have to hold her e to use her ability so it’d work well with the passive
Dps Citlali still wants a bunch of elemental mastery (aside from the obvious crit stats) bc one of her passives, but having an electro character could let her do pretty good superconducts since they buffed that reaction recently. I think beidou is your only option there tho and idk if you have her. If you went that route the other party members could be hydro since electro charged keeps the electro applied, making the superconducts easier to hit. You could get beidou from lantern rite, but then you wouldn’t be getting lan yan which could be a better pick for the account because of the access to viridecent artifacts depending on how she turns out. (Plus UA-cam video with new character in title will inevitably do better in algorithm)
Also baizhu is on the chronicled wish along with all the liyue 4* so you have a chance to get xinyan,beidou and lanyan while pulling on there so I think instead of going for citlali's weapon you should go for baizhu. And there is "speculation" that sigewinne "might" be in phase 2 of 5.4
Para I like the spin you have put to the "mistake". I would also advise you to go for Lan Yan for the Liyue picker for the Anemo element. Other thing you can try to just the jumping dino to maybe get the pyro monument in the quest you where not able to fininsh.
The only DPS citlali teams I've seen uses characters like furina xianyun or mavuika or all three, and all of those guys are non shield characters, but you can just put her on obsidian codex with EM, Cryo DMG and crit DMG and call it a day As for the weapon... Yeah no there's absolutely no way you're getting that the F2P way unless you spend day and night in genshin as for spending money.... That'd be a little unfair since you never wished for the weapon banner in the first place the reason you were allowed to spend was cause of a mistake while pulling and since you got citlali that one time exception is gone

I’ll be getting the Nathan polearm 🫡 I only thought about going for it since I don’t wanna have the genesis crystals just sitting there lol, I havnt decided if I will invest into the weapon banner with them yet but I def will be getting both the character outfits for kaeye and kirara!

Hey for the pyro monuments in natlan, use the green saurians to pick up the flame fruits with their skill. When you fire them, it applies pyro.
