I have a very dim memory of cutting through the Elm Court (will always be the Phillips Mansion to me) grounds as a child with my two older sisters. It was a popular short cut for them and my sisters used to play tennis there, at the invitation of the former owners. So wonderful that the arts are being celebrated there.
