Toni hated this song at first. It went on to becoming her biggest song. I think Celine turned this song down too. I’m glad because this song is perfect for Toni.
Toni and Celine both turned down songs that ended up being #1 for the other artist. Toni was offered Because You Loved Me and turned it down, and Celine turned down Un Break My Heart. Smart women haha
Flacko I agree. She has one of the best voices ever. That’s why she’s one of my favorite singers ever. I didn’t think y’all would like her voice so I didn’t request for a long time. I’m glad I did. She’s a great actress too.
fun fact: Toni originally did not want to record this song because she didnt like it. The label pushed her to do this song and she folded and did the song. Turned out to be her biggest hit out of all the songs she has released in her career
