That is really pretty... I really dig the open fuselage section girder work, and the discoloration on the right aileron. Don't change it! It's awesome. And of course the old skool painted on Maltese crosses. Spoked rims for the total win.
Thanks so much for the compliment Badbob. I have to admit though that with just the skid on the tail of this Antic it kinda has a mind of its own when it's on the ground. Despite it kinda ruining its original design I'm seriously considering putting a tail wheel assembly on it so it'll steer on the runway in the wind. Thanks for watching!
@@certy_huh Wow that's a great suggestion and a possible improvement I would have never thought of. I will consider that in the future if needed on another plane as for the Antic I have installed a tail wheel and I'm much happier now with it.
It had a Saito 80 in it for almost 40 years. Check out the other two Antic videos on my channel if you want the four stroke. Although I miss the beautiful four stroke sound I needed to give in to the cleanliness of electric. The glow fuel was taking its toll on my old fabric covering. I know the purists are dying over this change but it was the right move for me now.

@@Δυσνομία Thanks so much! It's as old as it is and it's going to stay looking that way forever.
Very smooth flying and nice realistic looking.
Thank you!
Great bi plane Mr. Doug Stud you are a very talented flyer. I loved how you used the grass to stop it.

@@MrDougstud Try putting some rubber on the skid to see if it helps grip at all

That beast needs a good 4 stroke...
