Israeli sources revealed that Israel’s response to the October 1 missile strike would focus on Iranian military and intelligence bases, rather than nuclear facilities, suggesting a more substantial retaliation compared to previous strikes. Amid these rising tensions, Iran announced plans to unveil a new weapon as part of its retaliatory efforts.

Technically a defeat of Hezbollah would be a battle won against Iran without going on an all out war with them. Whats the point of putting your entire infrastructure at risk at this stage?
