Love Florida from the first time I went back in 1975. Thank you. Didn't know you could retire to the US. We owned on Hampton Lakes many years ago and thought about our retirement plans but thought, at the time, thought it was impossible.

You either need to have skills in an in demand trade or through family or investment in business
We immigrated 20 years ago, sponsored through work. If you just plan to come here and retire after working that may be an option, but as you will have never worked in the USA you wont qualify for Social security or medicare ans Medical costs are a big deal here as you know
@@ThemeParkBazza that makes sense, yeah as for people retiring here it's close to impossible for most people to retire here without a good reason ie direct family and even then waiting years or sponsored by an employer (which if retired isn't an option)
Aye up Bazza n Mrs Bazza, we have been coming to Central Florida twice a year for the last 30 years from west Yorkshire. Love your vlogs and understand all you tell us. Love peace from Ilkley
Great informative vlog. I am more tactical going to the parks even though I am only there every 3-4 years for a fortnight. I certainly don’t do full days and I take my own drinks and food. I don’t eat out much either , it’s too expensive. I want to be able to afford to go in the first place. In July, half of my suitcase was food.
