@shawnjohn0369 Judging by the fact that they say the MG42 is "the latest machine gun", i'd say that this film would have been shot fairly early in the war before the StG44 was introduced (or even invented)

For the submachine gun MP40 at 4:21 warning is given not to grasp the mag or it will cause a malfunction but the shooter does just that at 11:27 Hmm
@weaponeer yeah MG42 eats a lot of ammo, not sure if good ot bad thing. allso stg44 was pretty good for its time.
they don't show the mg shoot because its so much faster then American Mg's and the storm rifle is not there or the Luger
