Got the exact same truck only mine is two tone paint Black & Silver, getting ready to repair body and new paint job. 5.7 sounds great with new Flow Master Exhaust, transmission rebuild and new shocks all the way around. 215,000 miles and still running strong. I personally had truck since 1997.
That thing looks brand new. Glad to see these older gm trucks taken care of. Most people beat the hell out of them because they’re cheap and run for ever
I remember these being a common sight back in the day, especially among blue-collar types. Never would I have imagined that one day a 1996 GMC Sierra used as a Contractor's work truck would become a classic that's being sold for $54,900. Too bad the fact that everyone is so obsessed with trucks these days didn't make old muscle cars any cheaper... :/
What aggravated me about these trucks was that the 5.7L 350 was the biggest engine choice available. They should've offered the 454 as well. Personally, I preferred the 6.5L diesel engine!
When I was 10 my grandparents bought a new 94 GMC just like this one. They paid over 40k in 94. That truck stayed in the family until 2 years ago and my little brother wrecked it.

Beautiful truck. I had a ‘97 that I bought new, and it was identical to this truck. GLWS.
Dream truck. Oh my. So fine.
Been looking everywhere for one of these in this shape. Wish I was in a place to buy it
