Love these sliders personally. Yeah drilling the floorboard wasn’t ideal, but these things are solid. Also, you will definitely need a nutsert for the 6th bolt back on a 2006 TJ! Glad it was an easy fix for me today.
Man loved the way these look. Then I saw the bolts coming up through the floor and idk now. Too many holes to start rusting
Just use touch up paint.. problem solved
great video and product! keep up these videos to make it easier of a purchase for us
Just like Andres said, the '06 will definitely need a nutsert for the rear most tub hole. I sorta found out the hard way. Great product though.
Why would you want the bolts sticking up through the tub in to the footwell?!?!?!
Do they work with flat flares
Question. The holes you are drilling aren't by chance identical to the holes on a Sahara where the rail that holds the plastic shroud had rivets?
They are not.
Bummer. I was figuring they didn't. Guess I will be drilling more holes....
I like these but 650 bucks powder coated??????? That's nuts
now they're 850 powdercoated. ouch. inflation or over priced?? I really like the style of these.
Can this be installed on an 87 Jeep Wrangler YJ
+Gary King Yes, we do offer these for a YJwww.jcroffroad.com/product/TJ-YJ-CJ/SWBSL-CR.html
How much is it for an 87 YJ Wrangler
Gary King $459, I guess you didn't follow the link
Like the older style better. which one of you had the brain fart for this disign?
‘disign’ OR “design”...maybe?
Not for me !
