one suggestion- please don’t take offence, the music is much louder than the affirmations and it would be better the other way.
Thank you for meditating with me and for sharing your thoughts. The affirmations are intentionally softer than the music as they aren't meant to be a focal point of the listeners attention, instead they are meant to work subtly in the background to reprogram ones thoughts 😊 I hope this helps explain why I have created these meditations in such a way.
