He probably was the clown in the pictures in the background with the kids, he turned them all into clowns. Idk about the jack in the box tho.. is he with the evil clown? Here Is An Explanation: They Were Humans Years Ago and What happended is that Mr.Floaty got popped because of the blue clown his lungs got broken because of that. mr.washy was drowned that's why there was blood on the picture. ms.stretch died because of her arm pulled and i hope i explained it (sorry i dont know mr.handy's Death)

My theory:Every single child was made into clowns made by the blue clown with their favorite activity.But it was painful... Miss strech was strechted by the clown and it was very painful for her.
I think the wilting flower means the blue clown is greiving his lost friends and is falling into despair, and trying to attack the player because they killed the other clowns. That is my theory atleast. Have a good day/night!
