Wow. That's so adorable and cool. Looking at your TLK merch collection, I have all of those plus more from the original 1994 movie. Of course, my collection of stuff is currently still in storage since ive moved from my old home to a new one. Haven't found any space to display them. Awesome video. Oh, just to correct you: Mathew Broderick was the voice of the original adult simba. Jonathan Taylor Thomas was the original voice of young simba. Just to let you know. Love the video and the toy! Keep up the awesome job!
Oh, how cool! I wasn't aware you're a TLK collector, too! Just like you, space comes at a premium and so I'm not able to display all of my stuff either. You can take a view at my entire 200+ items TLK collection on my Flickr at flickr.com/photos/retokurmann/albums/72157672821752630/ And thank you for the correction regarding Simba's voices, you are of course absolutely right. My viewers are the best!
Sorry to hear, but not surprising. Just Play has a habit of using the cheapest available Chinese components for their toys. This was already a problem with the 2015 Leap & Roar Kion. Many of them broke before they even left the store shelves because they'd constantly go off every time someone walked by, causing the animatronics to fail within a short amount of time.
@KitwanaLion Good to know it wasn't fault of my own when he broke. Sometimes when you're facing the toy and his head is over on your left sometimes it responds and jerks his head slightly and sometimes might even open his mouth. But that's very rare. It's a relief to know it wasn't through fault of my own that the toy broke. I was searching for answers and I came across your video. I commented just to see what would happen and I very much appreciate your answer. Thanks a million!
Just Play sourced the cheapest Chinese animatronic components for these toys, only good for a couple hundred activations before they break. Since most of the Leap & Roar Kions sat on store shelves for a couple years before they threw them out at $10 or sometimes even less, many of them broke before they sold.
Great toys and amazing review!!!
Happy 30 years of The Lion King

Thank you so much Kitwana Lion you are the best ever and I am a huge fan of the Furrys
I have the live action simba one. His neck broke after one day of use. He still talks, but his mouth and neck don't move. AT ALL.

Question Kitwana lion! Do you have a eBay store?
No, sorry, I do not, since I'm rarely ever selling my toys.
I had a leap n roar kion (now mouth won’t work) he still roars!
