i know Prehistoric Kingdom videos don't get the same views as other games, but god i love them so much. i would love to see more. also, they added some new fonts for text in this update, and there's a tropical font that looks just like the Jurassic Park one, which could be useful for your park.
Due to how unfinishd the game seems in a general perspective, even though it IS unfinished (AI is funky, no hunting or social animatons, no babies, lack of species, etc...) the game won't exactly receive as much attention as, let's say, JWE2 or Planet Zoo. Once the game is in a bit more of a completed state, it will surely get more attention. (All my opinion)
Prehistoric Kingdom is underated this game deserves more attention. It's amazing too see how far it's come along over the years. The devs should be proud, most of the major gaming companies could learn a thing or two from them.
I really hope that now that swimming is in, the devs take the plunge ;) and add some prehistoric crocodylians to the game, as they have been criminally ignored by other entries in the genre.
@@rexyjp1237 I am pretty sure Rudi was referring to the family of Tyrannosauridea there. However, current science seems to put it in the family of Allosauridea ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allosauroidea )

Hi, love the vid, but Carcharodontosaurus isn't a Tyrannosaurus it is a Carchradontosaurid which is the group containg Giganotosaurus, Mapusaurus, Meraxes Gigas ect. And we're not closely related to the Tyrannosaurids. Just thought I'd let you👍
The game is in early access... of course it's going to get updates. And I don't think reptiles (not dinosaurs) like Mosasaurus would be added simply because there's no way to view inside the water unlike PZoo.
they can do it just like with jwe 2 and add a whole kit of observetion which made the water and flying reptiles viable, differente from jwe 1@@Kisseyhersh123
@@bielmfig4534 You have to remember this is also meant to be a realistic zoo sim like Planet Zoo rather than an arcadey spin-off like JWE. JWE has the weird and crazy tech of the Jurassic Park universe, Prehistoric Kingdom is about conservation and accuracy. There's already really good prehistoric rep from mammals and dinosaurs. I don't think introducing an entirely new plane of playing space centering around marine reptiles is a good idea, nor is it feasible for an indie dev like Blue Meridian. (Frontier is a very large company with millions of dollars and decades of experience in this field unlike BM). It's a cool idea though, and I'm sure within the coming years we might see something about aquatic animals in another title. The most we might get is crocodilians and such.
@@Kisseyhersh123 i forgot about the realistic part of the game and how jw is just impossible to think in a realistic way, unless they find out a way, but for now the game is already good
Carcharodontosaurus is a carcharodontosauridae not a type of tyrannosaurus. 🤓 (jokes aside yeah it’s not a tyrannosaur it’s of a different line of giant theropods)
The game is back in stock & with an even higher discount:

The last time I saw a prehistoric croc in a game was Deinosuchus in ZT1 and 2. Eons ago.

I would love to see a triceratops enclosure in this park!
Oh that's a given at some point
nice to see that the game still gets Updates! I'll wait until "real" aquatics dinos will come like the mosasaurus, then the gam will be awesome!
