The fact that you have to BUILD the weapon parts is INSANE, so you not only have to get the rare parts but you have to farm a ton of the resources too to build them which is really weird. Most weapons in this game that drops parts to build it are pre built parts. Which you didn't talk build costs i noticed in this video, any reason why not?
Continues the annoying legacy of ambassador with buildable parts. We Really need a parts section in foundry bcs we have to go inventory for normal parts, we could skip several clicks.

The Keratinos heavy build is absurdly strong, Trumna was the strongest rifle in the game aside from the synapse until the Incarna rifle came along and the Sepulcrum hit harder than any other handcannon except the KSeer, Spirex and Kbrakk on single targets and comes with auto head shot grenades that do about 100K per grenade every five shots.
I've been actively farming for this (as well as all the new weapons) for the last 2 or 3 days. Absolutely no one is accidentally getting all the blueprints for this. All the parts are rare chance on C rotation from missions with give you credits and *basic* focus lenses. If the rewards (this and hespar) are terrible then these new missions are basically a dead game mode.
Right? This whole update feels like it was made years ago. Did no one at DE look at disruption and think maybe the game mode that people always swarm when new relics drop was the best one to take inspiration from?
Sad thing is I actually could use basic lenses. Right now I don't have enough, and I'm not willing to swap the eidolon lenses for the better lenses yet.
The issue with lenses is you can get them from a level 30 bounty that doesn't ramp up from level 50 to level 80 in 8 minutes. And in most cases you get several chances to get that lens. Furthermore, you basically have to solo these because if you join a public squad you end up with 3 other shit heads that ran off on an Easter egg hunt but now you have to cover 4-man spawn rates. It's already a tight timer solo with very little time to split your attention. Exolizer dude is already a lunatic. Hey, I see you're having a little trouble covering those 5 exolizers I spread out all over the ship. Imma send you another one in a room 500m away.

for me i went with virul and slash and crit delay curropted mod with a primary mercalis (excuse my spelling) on my Aeolak and this weapon is a bloody monster with those mods on.

Meh, I'll pass this entire update has been the definition of underwhelming IMO. Really the only half interesting thing is the scythe and incarnon weapons. Otherwise nothing goes beyond good and no where close into interesting. Largely unrelated but the new Faction for the update are basically cardboard glut outs with the words "who the hell am i" and "I'm the definition of show nothing and tell nothing". This update feels half arsed... kinda like the quests writing. Its been down hill sense the sacrifice quality wise. I'm sure someone like byfe or starlord could make it sound interesting but this quest had so few details its not interesting. And the details it gives have absolutely zero elaboration or weight. If you've seen the 1st rank up cutscene you might be intrigued for 5 seconds before you realize it doesn't freaking matter.

It has a nice sound too. It sounds powerful and has a bit of versatility with the explosive round.

Lacks projectile speed mod. Its horrible tying to hit strafing targets in ADS even at mid range.
