Whew! I'm in tears! These tears feel different and I feel safe writing in this space. This was a message that I didn't even know I needed. Pastor Sarah and Dr. Anita Phillips, thank you for this candid conversation. I'm going to purchase the book today. After losing both of my parents seven months apart in 2021, I have been numb, pretending to be ok, and just kind of hiding. I will continue to pray and I believe I landed here because God knows my heart really needed this! I tried to convince myself that I am being weak and I would be a burden to others if I expressed the internal struggles I am dealing with. So, I elected to just pick up my feelings, put them in my purse, and keep it moving without asking for what I need. Father God, I Thank you for these two powerful sisters! May God continue to bless everyone and keep us all covered by his blood.

Because I was an emotional being, I always cried. Now God has it to where He only allows me to cry when needed/necessary. Because I've sown many tears for over 15+ years, and now I've learn to cry when Im crying like a baby in need of their parent, searching for directions from my parent because God is my Parent. But crying is essential because sometims we need to cry as a sign of mourning so that the Holy Spirit can comfort us, and guide us as to why we're feeling like this, and be patient to wait💚🙏🏽

Woman Evolve was sooooo good! Dr. Anita stay dropping knowledge, Pastor Sarah prophesied acceleration, Bishop prayed us through & taught us about men, and First Lady 😩 I ain’t got no more edges bc she came in swinging on all attacks of the enemy with her pimp stick. Pastor Brady charged us to remember the stones. The entire praise & worship squad filled me up with joy & released the pressure that was on my heart. Above all, it was a joy to be in a room filled with thousands of positive women seeking God together. Already got my ticket and ready for WE24!

One day I will be at my very first woman evolve. But I am really grateful for the 40 day fast I did with team and the prayer point which were a guide, and for the first time I didn't feel like I was alone in my spiritual journey and it greatly taught me the power of intercessory praying, and opened me to a whole new world of faith and the songs for each prayer list were fire, and now whenever I feel like I'm having a gloomy day I play the song 'He always provides' by the ONE house worship team. You know ofcourse what I waspraying to God for hasn't happened yet but I have learnt peace through waiting and I am still trusting in Him for my breakthrough. Woman of God you are blessed, sis! I had a personal crisis just before Woman evolve, and I was not able to go even though I believed that God would make a way. I cried so much, but then I decided to pray for the conference and ask God to bless the speakers and move on behalf of all the women attending. When I heard the Testimony on Sunday of how the Most High moved in that place, I screamed and ran like I was there..and so the time I spent in prayer for the conference, even though I wasn't IN the room, I felt God honor it and bless me to hear how wonderful it was. ❤️ I'm so happy to see and hear about how beautiful the Holy Spirit moved in the place. So many times in my life. I knew someone was Praying 🙏 me. Friends I've known for years told me they were Praying for me. They knew exactly what to Pray for and God turned the situation around. Then talking to them later it was if we had a Spiritual Connection miles away from each other. I'm so Happy that the Spirit moves without restraints. Thanking the Holy spirit for the wonderful Power it has to move freely and interpret for us when we don't know what to say.
I wish I could be a part of Woman Evolve so bad. Simply because my mind has taken so many turns and I'm not sure how to get back to myself. God is doing it but direction is very important to me but I need friends that I don't have. I would like that book❤

I have never heard anything like this in my life. I feel like I literally need to meet Jesus all over again. I have never heard that it is okay to feel needy. I have always been told you have to be strong and don't show weakness. I don't know how to take that risk. This was so timely but SO unexpected. I am in the season that you spoke about at the end and I am so grateful for you two being a demonstration of what could happen in new friendships as an adult. We see a lot of people talking about how they struggle with loneliness and finding friends.. and seasons of isolation and brokenness can allow our minds to make us think that it isn’t possible to grow close to a stranger as an adult in a healthy and meaningful way. Thank you for the healing that this conversation alone has helped nurture inside of me and for the prayer that we find what we truly need and learn that it’s really ok to need it. Also, the point about speaking on the actual need was such a helpful gem. It is a huge risk and practice in vulnerability but I believe that it’s a risk well worth taking. God bless you all and everyone else reading this comment in need of a friend. God is with you, express your needs in prayer and start to practice it with God (that’s what I am going to attenpt). I have never heard anything like this in my life. I feel like I literally need to meet Jesus all over again. I have never heard that it is okay to feel needy. I have always been told you have to be strong and don't show weakness. I don't know how to take that risk. I have never been raised to take that risk with people because you can't trust them to that degree. Lord Jesus Help!! This WOG IS Absolutely, and Awesomely Amazing. I got to get this book. This was so timely but SO unexpected. I am in the season that you spoke about at the end and I am so grateful for you two being a demonstration of what could happen in new friendships as an adult.
We see a lot of people talking about how they struggle with loneliness and finding friends.. and seasons of isolation and brokenness can allow our minds to make us think that it isn’t possible to grow close to a stranger as an adult in a healthy and meaningful way.
Thank you for the healing that this conversation alone has helped nurture inside of me and for the prayer that we find what we truly need and learn that it’s really ok to need it.
Also, the point about speaking on the actual need was such a helpful gem. It is a huge risk and practice in vulnerability but I believe that it’s a risk well worth taking.
