Jim: "I'm primarily a DC collector"
Also Jim: wearing a captain America shirt :)
That Donald Duck comic looks modern, what great condition for golden age.
kinda makes me wish i'd picked up the ones i saw at the comic book shop where i live.
Absolutely gorgeous WDC&S comics. I would love to have found that bad boy in the wild. I hope you got it for a good price.
I also fondly remember watching the three cabbellaros with my kids on vhs in the 90s Jim..
We had 100 ÷ Disney and others clam😢shell movies
I love picking up Donald Duck and Uncle Scrooge books.
The short Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse strips are all reprints from newspaper comics. Barks' 10-page opening story was new. DC Special Enemy Ace was a reprint issue with a new cover. Thanks for showing the comics.
Been looking in that space for decades. "Nobody"?
White pages from 1945 is amazing.
The publisher was able to send comics through the mail at a lower rate because of the text pages.
DC Special 4 is Adams
That book is beautiful for 1945!
