    Hands down, the best explanation in a nutshell. Thank you so much. Felt like a professional certification program in 16:05 (though I paused a lot to take notes). I’m considering a transfer from the Safety and Compliance dept to HR. My current skill sets in regulation compliance, SOPs, program development, multi department coordination, employee development, analysis, management reports and more seem to be very similar workloads that should transfer over. I hope the two will have a synergistic affect should I take that route. Thanks again for giving me another nudge in that direction.
