My inspiring guest this week, Alexander, is a detransitioner (male to female to male) who was kind enough (and brave enough) to come on my show to share his emotional story with me. This interview was very powerful and eye-opening. I hope his story will save lives! Thank you so much, Alexander, for the important conversation! You were a delight to speak with and I'm so glad to have met you! -Buck
Alexander would have been my crush back in the day (he did say he is a genXer in a millennial body) and I'm a genXer. Thank you Buck for sharing his story. Thank you Alexander
Thank you for having me on, Buck. It was lovely. I want to specify something i forgot to mention in the video. It is possible to live a fulfilling sexlife despite the challenges one may experience. While i mentioned that i can't have penetrative sex, that is not the only way to be sexual with someone. Society needs to stop viewing us as asexual.
@@tashaax1993xanimalloverx I see a lot of people thinking that we can't have sex and view us as asexual because we're castrated. It happens quite a lot, actually. Speaking from personal experience.
I am an asexual person and I don't like how the sexual orientation is being brought into these debates Being asexual is like being straight or gay. It is not because of anything outside like an injury, illness, medication side effect, sexual dysfunction, castration it is a sexual orientation where you don't have sexual desire for others, that is all.
I would actually like to hear more about this. I would imagine if one’s male genitalia is removed, that one could Not actually achieve an orgasm Through where the penis use to be. I do Know that males are also able to have prostate orgasm which would be through well anal sex. Sorry if it’s a bit graphic to explain.I understand one could still engage in sexual activity but I would also say that doesn’t mean one could achieve and orgasm after removing their genitalia. Can you explain this more please? I do agree it’s an important conversation to have. I would also point out that bottom surgery is Not minor at all it is in fact the most serious surgery with the highest rate of negative side effects, which you explained you experienced unfortunately. Perhaps you calling it minor was more being sarcastic? 💗

Im a 4th gen Republican from the country in TENNESSEE, I don't understand how conservatives or average people get such a bad rap about trans, gay issues when TRULY... We couldn't care less what anybody does as long as they don't harm others or force things onto others... These detrans people RIP MY HEART OUT! As a nurse, to see the medical community disregard any emotional/mental issues just to fast track people, much less BABIES down this one way, no U-turn road just Disgusts me! It destroys their lives in every way possible! These people are heartbreaking and heartbroken and it needs to STOP! Thank you Soo very much Buck for teaching US while giving these detrans people a platform to feel safe and share 🧡🧡
Because media is corrupt. Meaning, it isn’t simply an industry, it is an instrument. It isn’t an honest human endeavor to make money and provide services in exchange for money, it is infiltrated in secret, by groups who provide it with secret ulterior motives. As someone said, both sides have “vocal extremists.” These extremists use manipulation techniques to sway, they use logical fallacies because truth is not on their side. They are subsidized, supported by unnatural means. Unnatural because dishonest and deceptive, and because it seemingly breaks all of our trust. Or it would if we were aware, and very few are.
As a trans woman I don't understand it either. Christians and conservatives have been so respectful of me being trans while the liberals have been the most evil to me.
I’m in the same mindset. I’m a republican, Christian, conservative mom. It pains me to no end to see what has happened to these young people’s lives. I don’t really personally know anyone that cares if an adult transitions. As the poster put we just don’t want this pushed on children at critical ages or development. I’ve probably watched around 100 of these videos as I fell down the rabbit hole one day and I think about the emotional, mental and physical pain that these fellow human beings are carrying with them every day. Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. God bless.
My niece is 21 years old and a mother to a beautiful baby boy. When she was about 6, she insisted that we all call her Jack and would only wear boy’s clothes. This lasted about 2 years and we all went along with it. Eventually, she just grew out of it. It scares and saddens me that young people who engage in exploring their identity this way, are nowadays encouraged to refer to themselves as trans and potentially make irreversible medical changes to their bodies. If this had been a thing 15 years ago, my niece may not be a mother today. What are we doing??
@@evelyna_paula1747 I think you have totally misunderstood my point. He’s beautiful in every way and we are so lucky to have him. If we had allowed my niece to go on hormones, or worse, when she was younger - he might not exist. Not entirely sure why you are picking up my use of the word beautiful - its just something we would say about a lovely child in the uk??
@@nicw1763Byvthe time the chikd would have been old enough to go on hormones, she haf already grown out of it. Hormones are for grown ups who can't "grow out of it" and has had years of therapy to be sure.
I think children need to have boundaries and be parented. They need to be told no sometimes. It is the parent's job to decide what's best for the child and stand firm on that decision. Children are not emotionally mature enough to make such life altering decisions. If they grow up and move out and decide they still want to transition so be it. That being said this is coming from a person with no kids. I can't imagine seeing your child in "pain" and not knowing how to help them. That must be a hard dilemma.
The transsexual matra "You are, only truly trans if you transition" Contribute a lot to the very fast transition Because otherwise you are completely devalidated. From Therapists from peers from society. If you question gender identity... You are told do you want transition? T If yes - you are trans. 100% If you don't transition medically. You are not Trans, you just have another disorder. Young people want to be validated of course...

The effects of bullying are so real and long lasting. Absolutely awful. This poor guy has gone through a lot, and he is very brave for sharing his story. Alexander seems like a really cool dude, and I hope his health improves. It really shows how sexual reassignment surgery is very much in its infancy and still in a very experimental stage. People need to stop glorifying it like it's a magical cure to happiness when it's so complicated and dangerous.
But also that surgery done too young may not be what the young person would choose had he or she been prevented making that decision until they were an adult.
Well, it is magical and gives happyness for alot of trans people, people being damaged for it dont dismiss that fact that there are people facing the complete opposite consequences.

Buck, really important thing. I have noticed so so many autistic people transitioning and de-transitioning, that it should really be talked about more. I am autistic myself and I know that the liberal ideas always spoke to me as a teenager, because when you're autistic you percieve the world very black/white and have a huge sense of moral and that combined with being easily manipulated is not a good cocktail and makes this autistic turning into trans, very likely. Too many autistic people are being convinved of being trans and really really really believing it. It is super scary.
I thin’ that autistic people can also be very influenced by their friends or the media. All teens can, but I’ve seen it more common in autistic people. Also the black and white thinking like you said plays a huge part
One of the reasons I'm glad I can homeschool my autistic son. If he's really trans I support it, although he doesn't show any signs of that, but he won't be spoonfed confusing trans ideology. Male/female is hard enough for him to understand as it is and even though I correct him every time, he has a habit of calling women he and men she (not maliciously though). Gender seems to be a hard thing for him to grasp and I don't need anyone adding more confusing genders to the pile.
I'm autistic too and I agree. I'm also a lesbian and have noticed a lot of detransitioners are actually just gay/lesbian or androgynous/gender non confirming or have body dysmorphia/body image issues and are not trans. It's very sad that these people are being pushed to the most severe 'solution'. They should be receiving real therapy, being taught that it's okay to be how they are and told it's okay to dress/act in a way that doesn't traditionally match their gender. If they really wish to transition as an adult they should be encouraged to do so socially first by going by a different name and presenting outwardly as the other gender because those things are reversible. I knew many people who socially transitioned and luckily didn't have HRT or surgery so when some of them realised they're not actually trans they could go back and those who really were trans could make a more informed decision about whether to transition medically. The problem is HRT and surgery is being pushed so early on, for many without even therapy to see what the root of the problem is, to such young people that they don't have a chance to 'test it out' before having life changing irreversible medical procedures.
Yes! This is so important! I'm also autistic and got caught up in the nonbinary idea for a couple years. I got sucked in and manipulated by my own community. I came out as bi in '98 at 14, I was a tomboy but still loved feminine things. I got sucked into the nonbinary ideology due to my autism and past trauma. This is a huge issue for us autistics.
I would never expect someone to be vulnerable in a public way- but I am so grateful for the people who are willing to do so to share these incredibly important lived experiences.
We should also focus on Buck. She is a woman with a vagina. She cut her breasts off to look like a man. She shouldn't be exposing herself on UA-cam. Plus, this thing is a pornstar doing all kinds of ungodly things.

Disagree, and speak for yourself. Not all are 'victims', even if you see them as such, and 'transitioning' works for some people, it's not right to "put a stop" to it. What matters is balanced and factual information.
@@themudpit621 It breaks my heart that people would ever feel like a sex-change operation was something that would help them. To be that unhappy with the way God made you, instead of accepting yourself as you are, and learning how to be the best person and live the best life possible, without making themselves a lifelong patient with mutilated or improperly functioning genitals.

I had a boyfriend when I was 18 that I’ve remained friends with for 25 years. He’s tall and slender with an athletic build. But he always talked in a way people found feminine. We were goth, he wore eyeliner and kept long hair that he dyed. He loved making clothes and made that a career to this day. He’s been married to his wife for almost a decade. Despite his effeminate attributes and people assuming he’s gay, he used to be quite the ladies man. Slept around like crazy. I think he avoided bullying because he’s 6’4”. It’s just crazy to me that it seems like every boy that exhibits socially feminine traits is just pipelined to being trans. My ex isn’t even gay. But if the world was then what it is now, he probably would’ve been encouraged into the idea he was trans. This is more common toward gay men of course but it happens to “effeminate” straight men, too. Let children grow and discover themselves. Of course be kind and accepting to them and let them express and present themselves with love. But don’t tell a child they’re trans. Let them know that if they are it is not an issue. But don’t encourage it and certainly don’t medically transition them. The world is crazy.

Goth! How terrible! I hope that goes away and I hope you and your ex BF are now normal instead of Goth. which is the devil's way of destroying people's souls.
The hubris of the medical community as a whole is second to none, as informed people already know, the reality is you can't artificially manipulate nature without paying a price of some description. These conversations are incredibly important to document and for all people to listen to, "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink." Cheers Buck & Alexander!
This is one of the BEST most INTELLIGENT and THOUGHTFUL conversations I have heard in such a long time about all of these issues today. It is so absolutely refreshing to hear someone say out loud what I am thinking. Thank you so so much Alexander for this interaction and thank you Buck for sharing it with us. I never thought Non-Binary as a safer way to explore transitioning. I really love the thought of challenging myself to prove myself wrong that is a great way to learn. Thank you again for this interview. Absolutely a gem.

As a woman, I've always had large hands. I have long fingers and even a decent sized palm.... and literally wear large gloves. I also have broad shoulders and long narrow feet (11's US).... yet born as a woman. We all need to learn to be content with who we are and how we're made. We're all our own worst enemy and will pick ourselves a part.
My daughter said at 14 that she thought she was a lesbian. Then at 16-17 she went completely the other way and when I asked why she was using a male name online (when I looked at her computer) she started crying and said she was trans. She asked if I still loved her and I said "of course I still love you, don't be stupid. Nothing could ever make me stop loving my kid. She started going to a therapist, not a transgender therapist, but she went every week just unloading her issues. This was like 2016 and I didn't really understand, but I supported her going by a different name and exploring, but there was no talk about medically transitioning. She started dating one of her friends that was transitioning the same way, female to male. He is transitioned and had top surgery by 19. Now he's still identifying as trans male, she has changed her mind, saying she rediscovered her feminine side and now goes by nonbinary. Now at age 23 she's gone back to a more feminine/neutral name. I do worry about how her fiance's health is because I care for him too. They are the most loving couple I've ever been around.
Alexander, you look like an artist, a misunderstood poet. I am so sorry that this has happened to you but hope you have peace in your life, you are so brave!
This is so tragic. They are being castrated, both the women and the men. Not being able to have an orgasm? How cruel a life is that? And the pro surgery for minors people are such degenerates, without even knowing it.
They think they're being kind and open-minded, but they don't realize the harm they're doing to those children. It's absolutely destroying the lives of the children who aren't really trans, but who are jumping on the bandwagon because it's trendy now. This is a very dangerous trend considering how serious the consequences are. It really is tragic.
Hey. I'm Alexander from this video. Approximately 84% of people who had these surgeries will be able to experience orgasm. Even I can experience orgasm despite all the butchery that happened to me. There's a lot of misinformation out there regarding the sexual function after the surgery. While I still don't think anyone should be getting this surgery, it is also important to not be spreading false information.
@@alexanderl9721this is not always true for people who start puberty blockers before puberty and continue it until getting bottom surgery. Because puberty affects the outcomes of surgery and the tissue available for reformation.

Alexander is one of the most intelligent guests you've had on your channel, Buck. Truly he made me sit back and think, not even just about trans issues and whatnot, but also about politics in other countries, technology, anthropology, and the evolution of the human race. I would be VERY interested in seeing Alexander on your channel again, and I would love to get my hands on any book he's writing. He is SO genuinely intelligent. He helped to remind me of my own capacity for knowledge and intellectual conversations. I feel rather out of place in my town and I don't feel like anyone around here has a fraction of the self-awarness, neutrality and integrity that Alexander does. For that reason, I don't get to have many conversations like this in my personal life. This was a very intetesting video. I love your content so much, Buck. I feel comforted knowing people like you, Alexander, Blaire, Marcuc etc...exist in this bizzare world.
Childhood transition is today’s generation of conversion therapy. That is so profound. If you hyperfocus on anything it will become an obsession, and obsession leads to action. Parents who obsess over what they perceive to be abnormal behavior will become terrified by what they find on the internet and inadvertently push their kids into conversion of either way depending on what they are lead to believe by their values or what they find on the internet. That’s why detransitioners stories are such and important part of the conversation
Loved listening to Alexander, he’s got a great personality! With the kind of humor that I find the most funny. Sometimes it’s the most intelligent that suffer the most inside their own minds 😢
Great interview thank you for introducing us to Alexander. You pick really interesting people to interview. I am also a baby boomer, a 68 yr old woman. I agree it’s amazing the growth of technology and the effects it has on society is mind boggling. I’ve been learning so much from you and your guests. Originally I tried to talk to my millennial children in order to understand the trans situation. I usually got criticized for asking questions. By natural I’m a very curious person so asking questions and listening to people is how I learn. It seems nowadays asking questions about this subject is considered wrong and it’s implied something is wrong with you. So I could no longer talk to my adult millennial children and their friends about this subject. So I started searching on UA-cam to find out information. I found you and Blaire White. Both of you have been tremendously helpful. Thank you for sticking with the facts and respecting others journeys. Keep up the good work and don’t get pulled in to the naysayers. You’re doing and saying the right things and helping so many people. I know it doesn’t always feel good, I don’t think it’s suppose to. Just keep focused on your path.
Hi Buck I really love when you give thumbs up and a nod when you resonate with a point. Such a pure gesture instead of overlapping. I really see my dad giving me approval. You are such a positive and humble person I have even seen. I wish you the world.
I also noticed this and thought it was very affective and genuine way of showing positive feedback in conversation, without having to interrupt or speak over others. Some people nod and smile and that is an effective communication tool because it illustrates their own genuine interest in the subject matter, as well as simultaneously showing their piqued enthusiasm in what the other party is saying, encourages them to also engage and communicate honestly and openly!
I think he raises a good point. We get stuck in this space where we get focused on it being driven by ideology but it is important to remember this can be triggered by other things. Maybe his autism, body dysmorphia, etc. All the more reason to really be screening people and not fast tracking them. The guest is so intelligent!
This is absolutely heartbreaking. I'm so so sorry he went through this and that he wasn't protected as he should have been. I'm terrified for kids today. I feel old saying that... but I'm only 40.. it's scary though. These kids don't stand a chance. If you accidentally say few errant thoughts out-loud to the wrong person, a minute later you're on CSH, going under the knife and turning yourself into s medical patient for life! Kids need the opportunity to be wrong! They need to know that we understand their feelings but that sometimes humans make mistakes... especially young humans. It's ok to feel this way but because you're young and you're impulsive we're (the parents or sane adults in their lives) gonna steer the ship for now. Once you're no longer young and impulsive... go nuts!

Alexander, listening to your story has been both heartbreaking and uplifting. You are an amazing human being, wishing you all the best in your journey we call life. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for giving a safe space for people who detransition to share their stories without being scrutinized. It’s sad to see fellow lgbtq+ peep’s disregard or downplay the struggles of detransitioners is just gross and hypocritical of them just because it goes against their agenda smh. So much for a “supportive safe space community”.
This is why I'm glad I waited. Knowing now how much happier I've become I can obviously say I wish I started my transition years ago, I'm still glad I waited. I dealt with life and learned and confirmed how I felt and made sure there was no doubt. I hate so much what the "community" does to detransitioners because their stories are so important, I would argue more important than ours. Obviously showing things working is a good thing, but you always need the bad and the activists don't want the world to see that transition can have bad sides.
This video really touches me. As a girl, I loved wearing fluffy dresses, as I climbed trees. I often competed in Math and Science and placed, I was still a girl. I have always enjoyed traits that are stereotypically female and male, that doesn’t change my biology. In the past, non-traditional gender behaviors in children and young adults was called experimentation, and youth were not medically altered or locked into an alternative identity by adults with an agenda. I believe all physical alterations should have to wait until age 25, when the brain is fully developed.
It's like all the work we put in to get rid of strict gender norms is gone. Girls can play with trucks and like science and hang out with boys and like blue and go fishing and wear suits and boys can play with dolls and like literature and hang out with girls and like pink and do ballet and wear dresses. Being gender non confirming does not make you trans. Everyone should be allowed to be themselves so matter how masculine or feminine without being pushed to transition and have a sex change.

I have been waiting since may for this to hopefully come to fruition! Wish i had caught it live! So glad you two managed to connect! I saw Alexanders story not long after he first posted a very long form video telling his detransition story. It was raw, real, and so emotionally devastating. I've been waiting for this conversation ever since I stumbled across Alexander's first video about detransitioning. He's an amazing human being, as are you. His story is so important. I wish he'd gotten more into the experience of how he ended up transitioning because even though he takes full responsibility for his choices, I do feel the system failed him in some ways. So glad to see this conversation! Love to you both! I wish nothing but happiness in your futures. ❤
Love this interview! I am so glad people like Alexander are telling their story! What a lovely human being. To hear these stories is so heart breaking but man the strength that they have is beautiful!
I'm so sorry you were emotionally tortured at such a vulnerable age. I've got my dad's build and I was fit in school as well as active in sports. I wish I could show you a pic and I even had shoulder length hair. In high school, guys were intimidated by my broad shouldered and fit body( and it didn't help that I had 3 older brothers)! I didn't dress to girly, cuz my flannels kept me warm in the winter, I just wasn't into wearing dresses, who cares...I dated guys from other schools and I didn't let folks get to me. I had my friends, and stayed strong and my sense of humor! It's hard, but love yourself as you are as a person😊❤. I still feel big and broad shouldered at times, but my personality shines through.
I love that you give a voice to detransitioner. It is a reality that unfortunately will keep happening especially when we let kids transition. As a teen I was such a tomboy, people thought I was a boy (late 90's), at school I was asked if I was a boy or a girl and it annoyed me as I always thought no I'm just a girl. But if i was in today society I am sure I would of been influenced to change sex when I am happy I am a woman.
I am so glad u continue to bring these children a platform & that they can obtain some peace & closure on their way to take the Long Way Home, to who they are really meant to be. Thank-U 4 this, Buck!
100% agree with Alexander! Hormones and surgeries are possible solutions, but they should be taken when every other less destructive avenue has been explored. It feels like nowadays its the first thing people jump to!
I'm so pleased you have Alexander on your show, he's an intelligent and thoughtful young man who was failed so badly by the system but who is managing to maintain a positive outlook.
He is so intelligent…and Buck you are definitely an Angel for interviewing this young fella from Norway. It means that they are always have someone who is possibly alright with not being too extreme on their journey and more importantly open. It can mean that he is so important to this discussion.
Such an amazing guest. Alexander, I am very sorry that these things happened to you. You are very brave to share your story. We need more people like you and Briana to share there stories in hoping to save some other young person that may fall for these insane ideologies. Thank you Buck for putting on another great interview.
It is so heart breaking to hear that people or teens can be so mean. At the same time it is so important for people to express their feelings and thoughts in therapy and improve their mental health, instead of hormonalize them right away.
Alexander has a video he put out about his transition process including the dreadful surgery. It was riveting. I am pleased he is doing well. I hope he continues to tell his story.
Great interview. Your guest is down-to-earth, sensitive, humble, and very intelligent. Thank you both for this enlightening, heart-warming, and educational time together ☕️🫖
I was excited to see Alexander on your channel. I came across his channel about a week ago,and I find him so interesting. I was so surprised to hear he was bullied for not being masculine enough, because he's such an attractive young man. I love his way of looking at things.
Thank you so much for giving these wonderful people a safe place to be open, to be heard and to be themselves. In a world that's increasingly intolerant towards anyone who comes out against liberal ideology, it's so comforting that people have a place where their voices can actually be heard and where they know they matter. You're always so kind and compassionate to every guest you have. I think you're quickly becoming everyone's favorite Trandpa!
My goodness Alexander. I love the self awareness Alexander has because he just speaks the truth and sees how he got to the location he is at and does not blame others. I fully understand the development and autism. My heart honestly broke for Alexander and imagining all the pain and he has no self pity at all which however I just want to scoop him up and make him be my friend because Alexander’s view on life is refreshing. No one talks about the development through teens to adults with autism because it is so confusing watching other people get on with it and you have no idea how. Thank you to you both x❤
Please continue your work in educating people I have listened to many who are devastated after having these surgeries The making of people to become so medically dependent with continuous health needs and problems
As an almost 60 yr old gay woman I’ve been alarmed about the increasing of gender transitions with people who are frankly too young. A few years ago I was acquainted with a 20 something FTM who was taking hormones and planning top surgery. I asked them if it was possible that what they felt was maybe they were just a very butch lesbian and what if they change their mind later. They blew me off like oh well then I’ll just change back like it’s changing shoes. A lot of us old school lesbians actually miss the butch culture as its been lost to transitioning and the non binary folks have become militant even to telling off allies when they accidentally misgender them in conversation.
Thank you for having a show like this and for helping people recover somewhat. I don't care what your preference is only in people not being hurt, especially children allegedly. Keep hanging in their people don't give up on your healing process.
Thank you for making a safe inclusive place for everyone to learn. I have really struggled to find a forum that isn't extremely polar on topics regarding transitioning and being trans. I just want people to choose whats best for then and be happy and healthy safely.
Really enjoyed this! One thing that stood out to me besides the level of intelligence of both parties was when Alexander said that he doesn't feel like he has to be in a romantic relationship to be fulfilled and happy. Maybe that just resonated with me personally. I'm a 55 yr old woman and I just don't have a desire to have a partner in any sense and have really been that way the majority of my life. I hate how society is so quick to label who we are and how we are supposed to live. Thanks to Buck and Alexander for such an eye- opening conversation on topics that I don't know much about. You both made this a fun learning experience.
BUCK, great work and a REAL EYE OPENER !!!! I’m a gay man, and didn’t realize the entire scope of this issue. In my day, we had cross dressers…and sex changes…. And people went DRAG…and were trans sexual. SIMPLE IDEAS!!! The entire gay community went through so much in the past, and to see the lack of respect and disregard of all social challenges we went through is SAD So. WITH YOUR WORK THAT YOU AND A COUPLE OTHERS DO, YOU SHOULD CREATE A ORGANIZATION OF ALL YOUR GUEST AND ALL PEOPLE WITH THESE ISSUES AND REAL TIME EXPERIENCES TO BE A UNIFIED VOICE!!! I’m noticing no SINGLE LOUD GROUP IS SCREAMING AT THE COMMUNITY TO LISTEN TO “THESE” STORES !! The medial and educational and medical fields NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR MAL PRACTICED , FALSE NARRATIVE’S, and MIS EDUCATION IN THE SCHOOL SYSTEMS..
Yeah, mainly majority of drag men were basically queer transsexuals. Mainly hyper femme transsexuals. It was part of the cultural shift at the time in the 80s and 90s. It is approximately due to how gay rights were being more recognized and garnering national media coverage and media exposure through headlines, interviews, and talk shows. It is due to the AIDS/HIV virus epidemic in the mid 1980s and early 1990s. But it is contributed to the Stonewall Riots in 69’.

OMG.... this guy is so cool. And he hit the nail on the head when he said 'gender isn't a spectrum, expression is a spectrum'. I am so happy to hear him say that and so frustrated by how hard that is to understand for some people. And it's people on both sides. You're masculine and you're a man, good for you... don't fucking tell other people that they are expressing themselves wrong. And the same goes for people who are choosing to transition, or parents of a child who is transitioning, or whoever. Expression is the spectrum. Gender doesn't have to be (and there's nothing wrong with discovering you want to alter your gender.)
Alexander, you sound wiser than your years. You are a good person, and I enjoyed listening to you. Life is not all about sex. If you want to, you won’t necessarily have to be alone. There are plenty of people out there who enjoy being with a person without sex. Some people enjoy being alone, and some want the companionship. I hope you find yourself, and find what you are looking for in life.
I just discovered this channel and am enjoying, and learning from, these discussions. We really need more of these debates, from people whose personal experiences can help to educate those of us who are pretty mystified by the whole concept of transgender issues.
Alexander is an amazing, incredible and inspiring human being ❤️❤️❤️ I hope for him all the best life after de transition has to offer. Bless him for sharing his harrowing story.
I am so sorry that you’ve gone through this Alexander. This is got to be a horrific nightmare, and a daily reminder that I believe the general surgery population is just not ready to complete these delicate type surgeries. I’ve seen more botched surgeries that I have success stories, unfortunately! Thank you for coming and talking and letting us all know what has taken place and things of that nature. I have two children who are part of the LGBT community and I am full support of them both 100%! I don’t believe that people in life should ever judge another human being by any means whatsoever, it doesn’t matter how you love, or who you love or matters is, how you treat people and respect! Hoping that the future brings more comfort to you more understanding, and that you were more comfortable in your own skin, because Your life and your words truly do matter 23:08
What do you mean society needs to stop seeing you as a sexual?.. bit confused as to what you mean...
@@tashaax1993xanimalloverx I see a lot of people thinking that we can't have sex and view us as asexual because we're castrated. It happens quite a lot, actually. Speaking from personal experience.
I am an asexual person and I don't like how the sexual orientation is being brought into these debates
Being asexual is like being straight or gay.
It is not because of anything outside like an injury, illness, medication side effect, sexual dysfunction, castration it is a sexual orientation where you don't have sexual desire for others, that is all.
I'm so sorry what you had to go through, Alexander. I hope things are better now
I would actually like to hear more about this. 💗

From a liberal Dem, they get a bad rap because of the vocal extremists. Both sides.

I think children need to have boundaries and be parented. They need to be told no sometimes. It is the parent's job to decide what's best for the child and stand firm on that decision. Children are not emotionally mature enough to make such life altering decisions. If they grow up and move out and decide they still want to transition so be it. That being said this is coming from a person with no kids. I can't imagine seeing your child in "pain" and not knowing how to help them. That must be a hard dilemma.

Research shows that it’s autistic white female girls who are becoming transgender more than anyone else. The question is why
I'm grateful as well!

Personally, I think any adult involved in the gender “transition” of a child should be in prison for child abuse.
Agreed!
Especially one's who mutilate genitalls.
We should also focus on Buck. She is a woman with a vagina. She cut her breasts off to look like a man. She shouldn't be exposing herself on UA-cam. Plus, this thing is a pornstar doing all kinds of ungodly things.
Prison no, but we should fix the social attitude in general. That's where the root of the problem lies.
That comment could send you to prison for transphobia by the way.

I’m not trans I’m a biological woman but I love this channel , thank you for being a calm logical voice through all the madness Buck
Once you're no longer young and impulsive... go nuts!
absolutely! this is such an important comment❤️
Research the institute of sex research and why the Hitler youth destroyed it in 1933 and who started it. Also pay attention to the religion and orientation of the man who started the research center. Now we know why these groups of people were wanted out of Germany.
I was the same way! I was climbing trees but I was doing it in a dress!
Alexander truly is a survivor. Those Dr's that butchered his body need to lose their licenses!!
An adult made their own choice. Personal responsibility.
@@JayceeGenocide He was 19 when he started transitioning. That is not an adult. He was a bullied child, who needed proper mental health care, not mutilation.
Do you believe a 19 year old can decide to serve in the militarty?@@kimj5037
@@kimj503719 is an adult but I understand what you’re saying and also the doctors are just doing theyre jobs now if he was under age 18 then yes but then it would be the parents fault for accepting it since the doctors just do order they don’t make them
@@JayceeGenocide. - He was not an adult. The brain is the last organ to become fully developed. It does not finish developing until between 25 & 30 according to science. Jesus did not begin His ministry until 30. No male Levite could be a priest in God’s temple until he was 30. Just saying....
I have been waiting since may for this to hopefully come to fruition! Wish i had caught it live! So glad you two managed to connect! I saw Alexanders story not long after he first posted a very long form video telling his detransition story. It was raw, real, and so emotionally devastating. Almost right away i send his story to Seth. I never asked about if he had a chance to look into it or anything and honestly forgot about it, and then this just popped up! Im so so glad you connected! I know Buck us the right kind of heart yo recirve this story and be a positive force for you, Alexander, and he will learn and share what he learns fro you, too! ❤❤❤
Such insightful and evolved thinking. Inspiration level 💯
Thank you for speaking so eloquently about your transition and detransition. Helps me to better understand.
I am so glad u continue to bring these children a platform & that they can obtain some peace & closure on their way to take the Long Way Home, to who they are really meant to be.
Thank-U 4 this, Buck!
Hes not a child hes 30 how patronising
100% agree with Alexander! Hormones and surgeries are possible solutions, but they should be taken when every other less destructive avenue has been explored. It feels like nowadays its the first thing people jump to!
Alexander! I'm so glad to see you sharing your story with Buck. 2 of my favorite people talking on a subject I care much about-- this is great
Alex looks to me like a very handsome man. He is well spoken, articulate, Compassionate and levelheaded.
What a wonderful guest! And what an amazing sense of humor!! ❤
I was excited to see Alexander on your channel. I came across his channel about a week ago,and I find him so interesting. I was so surprised to hear he was bullied for not being masculine enough, because he's such an attractive young man. I love his way of looking at things.
What a beautiful person inside and out. ❤ Thank you so much for sharing your story, Alexander.
Thank you both so much for this video. More light needs to be shed on the negative impact of the surgeries v. the sunshine and rainbows.
Alexander is one of my favorite channels such a wonderful human being
❤️
What's his channel called? I'd love to subscribe.
@rebeccaspratling2865 it's @alexanderl9721 or search Alexander L
@@rebeccaspratling2865Alexander L is the channel. I agree Alexander is intelligent and also very funny!
Please continue your work in educating people
I have listened to many who are devastated after having these surgeries
The making of people to become so medically dependent with continuous health needs and problems
Stand strong. My heart breaks for this young person. Sending love to Alexander and you Buck for doing this.
I have only recently found your channel, Buck . I love it ! Well done !
Society, politics sterilization of gays
We were just talking about how they are no more butch lesbians! BTW I'm almost 60 too
I am a 66 year old mid-butch Lesbian and I miss the butch culture.
Oh those weirdos with vagina which try to simulate men. Looks so laughable and sick
Thank you for having a show like this and for helping people recover somewhat. I don't care what your preference is only in people not being hurt, especially children allegedly. Keep hanging in their people don't give up on your healing process.
My heart goes out to this young man. What a horrific experience 😢
he wanted to cut his balls so he made his dream real
I swear, Alexander is such a wonderful person. He's very honest and sweet and it would be awesome to talk to him someday.
Thank you Buck!! I’m so glad this conversation happened. This guest is lovely.
Both of you are so refreshing. Thank you for having this conversation publicly. Hope you are both happy in life.
Thank you for making a safe inclusive place for everyone to learn. I have really struggled to find a forum that isn't extremely polar on topics regarding transitioning and being trans. I just want people to choose whats best for then and be happy and healthy safely.
Thanks so much, both of you, for such a fantastic conversation!
Thank you Buck for opening up this space for those who may feel they are alone in their journey. This is a strange time we are living in :)
The entire gay community went through so much in the past, and to see the lack of respect and disregard of all social challenges we went through is SAD
So.

So nice to hear a true and intellectual discussion about this topic, it’s usually a battle and name calling. Thanks
From Sweden 🇸🇪
Thank you for creating a safe space for your guests. It's inspirational to hear their stories.
OMG.... this guy is so cool.
One of the BEST interviews/interviewees I've listened to in ages!
I just discovered this channel and am enjoying, and learning from, these discussions. We really need more of these debates, from people whose personal experiences can help to educate those of us who are pretty mystified by the whole concept of transgender issues.
Dzięki za tę rozmowę, Aleksander! Życzę Ci wszystkiego co najlepsze :)
Keep going Buck. Just read irreversible damage and was so happy to see your contribution there.
Beautiful. Thank you for your courage and honesty.
