1:14:00 It hurts my eyes and brain when you do that every time I can't look directly at the screen or Cover the screen with my hand just do not hurt as much
Basically it‘s a feeling you get in your body that‘s like a pleasant shiver, it can happen in your entire body, your head/neck or just on one side of your body. For me personally I usually just get it on the right side of my head going down my body, and I get it pretty rarely. It‘s something not everybody feels and usually for me it‘s triggered by very close whispering and more intense sounds, and you can become "immune" to ASMR which makes it so you don‘t get tingles anymore- however not listening to ASMR for a bit can fix that "immunity"!
