It's interesting to see the evolution just between what you're demonstrating and how I learned them late 90s. I use the old ones to show principles but the single move versions as the disarms. Between yours and GM Knüttel's approaches, disarms become a real possibility in the flow of things rather than just luck.
It's been a long time but I remember learning those first 12 strikes but I never saw the second series with the butt end of the stick I had some lesson from my instructor who taught Okinawan karate he like to compete in the stick fighting competitions at local karate tournaments and he did very well.
