Other than that beatle looking like a Porsche that had a bad reaction to a bee sting, it is surprising sick. Those bags/wheels make it.
I always hated the look of these, but also never saw a modded one. RJ's beetle looks really sick.

Yo RJay, stuff a 1/4" socket extension into the bolt hole in the hub once you've got the spacer on and then just slip the wheel on, sliding the extension through the bolt hole in the wheel. Euro hack right there

Audi's come with a stud you can thread in a hole to hang the wheel on. Its in the tool kit in the trunk... I did a full stud conversion on my a4 though.
And so, just how many threads are holding the wheel on after this "Mod".....?

RJ! A dab of superglue on the spacer to hold it to the rotor goes a long ways in lining everything up.

Honestly if RJ went stage 2 on the Beetle he would hurt a lot of feelings! It would do about 270hp with 300tq with a conservative stage 2 but a custom tune would be about 320hp.. I would have put coilovers and sway bars on it over bags. I habe a 8p A3 sport back dsg fwd and I love it! Brian's MK2 is fantastic too!

There is a tool called a "Tommy Bar" that every lug bolts car owner needs. Just thread it in and hang the wheel. ECS has some great ones.
Audi's come with one in the tool kit in the trunk!

I’ve been using resolve as a carpet cleaner and with an extractor for quite awhile, works great and can be found much cheaper than other actual carpet cleaners!
RJs VW looks sick. The boys are just jealous RJ is balling out and their boxes are still on jack stands.
Looks better than the S13, tbh. The wheels look all chunky and weird.
It pains me that haggard garage isn’t a thing, and that there’s car guys on youtube that don’t know they existed. I missed some of it but it was a fun shitshow.

I had no clue the Beetle was on air and I was SHOOK when it aired out. Looks awesome RJ.
It’s a lot easier to line the spacer up with the holes if you just put a stud or two through the wheel an put the spacer resting on the wheel then line up the bolts wit da holes
I love the offset seat heights, looks more focus on function, like you've taken the time to make it 'right'.

I had the same problem in my Kouki my hydro is in the same place I pulled the seat cover back we’re it was hitting and trimmed the Kevlar around the hydro and put the cover back over can’t tell it’s been done but fits spot on

Check the solder in the power window amp in driver side door same issue with my coupe 🤙🏼
Tip to get the wheel on and spacer lined up: Put one lug bolt through the wheel and start threading it into the hub while holding the wheel right off of the spacer so you don't hit it. Once you get the first bolt threaded in, throw in the second bolt, and you got it from there.
You could some iron-on Velcro (the soft fabricky side) and iron a piece onto the seat where it rubs the handbrake to keep it from rubbing a hole through your seat.
That’s the same paint that’s on my Nissan hardbody pickup AG2 Aztec red and ur right about the fresh paint and not holding up well lol it’s great when it’s fresh but give it a minute not so good but I love that red dow I’m gonna change it to a candy red rum it looks sick as hell

They sell wheel hangers for german cars. It threads into the lug stud hole and you just slide your spacers and wheels over it then you can start threading on lug studs and remove the hanger

RJ!! Some VW front hubs need to be ground down for a hubcebtric spacer 10mm and over to fit, make sure you aint got a gap between the spacer and rotor!
