Hi bro, I have the same watch do you have a manual user for this because i dont know how to operate my watch. The date is wrong. can you help how to do it or explain?

Search for H410 manual on Google. Go to the Japanese Citizen site you find. It will be in Japanese. If you do not speak Japanese then use Google Translate to translate it. The manual is a PDF that Google cannot handle, but the setting instructions are there on the page. I speak no Japanese and had no trouble following the translation - Google Translate has got much better in the last few years.
