Really excellent. Amazing work on editing everything together - We really don't have a whole lot available to make this kinda stuff and you really made the most of it! Suspenseful and scary. Makes me really excited to play these kind of stories in the game. :D
Kudos! This clip is the best Star Citizen Machinima on earth and strangereal. The way you captured the tense and thrill with all the SFX and music left me stunned! :-)
Maybe have the next video be when the cutlass's buddies come trying to find out where their buddies went, then stumble across the Bengal, and see the empty, parked Connie. You take it from there
Nice work. Bet you wish you had the new Connie when u were working on this. Only thing I didn't get was what was causing the sounds on the ships hull, as if it were a submarine underwater? If life support was already out there shouldn't have been much if any pressure , especially with the airlock being damaged like that. Shouldn't have been much of a pressure difference. Just wondering about your thoughts on the issue. Also, I really would have loved to see some alien attacks or something at the end. (I've been following your vid since the first draft was uploaded). Anyway, good work, really appreciate the imagination. Hopefully you keep working on things like this.
+Daniel Mueller Great question! Okay, here goes... the helmets in Star Citizen are designed to pick up changes in the local area and project a sound simulation back to the user, which is the in-lore reason for having "sound in space". In this case, the pilot's helmet was detecting the gradual shifts and deterioration of the Constellation's hull and the subsequent sympathetic vibrations created from these events and projecting them back as approximated "hull stress" noises in order to ensure maximum situational awareness for the pilot. Or I guess a much simpler explanation would be "it was dramatic, and some of the scenes felt too boring until I added them". Heh.
+Daniel Mueller It was included in the internal build of the game that leaked out awhile ago: www.dsogaming.com/news/star-citizen-suffers-40gb-assets-leak-bengal-carrier-rendered-in-the-consumer-version-of-cryengine/ Most of it was just blindly editing the XMLs and seeing what happened. The majority of gamedata is plaintext so it's pretty easy to make modifications - the real problem is the PAK signing requirement newer versions of the game have which make modding way more difficult to do. That's why I had to do this with such an old build.
Wow that was THRILLING!
Kudos on the work.
Makes me want the adventure of SC even more.
congrats on making something more enthralling than literally every official CIG video combined
Great work! Glad you got the voice work done.
+Justin Lowmaster (Chivalrybean) Thanks!

Love the new version! Can't wait to see more of your work.

Thank you! A ton of work was put into it.
Fantastic work commando. Better than anything CIG's ever churned out. I don't envy the time lost in XML hell, but it was for a good cause. o9
Great video i saw the trailer a few months ago on the hub and was waiting for this! Good work!
the sound effects is amazing. Good job!!
I liked it. Really highlights the possibilities for making films in this game.
That was amazing, loved it! please do more!
Yo this owns. I admire your patience.
Clearly a lot of effort went into this, and it payed off! +1'd :D

Parias Denton how did you do all of this? how did you mine the data from sc to get the bengal ?

Sorry, I found this boring. Took way too long for anything to happen. A lot of this could've been cut.
+NeonsStyle Sorry you didn't enjoy it! Some people found it boring, others thrilling... what's a machinima artist to do? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
+NeonsStyle Idk if you should critize for boring, your channel put me to sleep
milkman dan Awww poor fellow. Did I criticise something that you liked?
+NeonsStyle Nope, just calling you out. You criticized something being boring yet you excel at it. Don't be a hypocrite fella
milkman dan Poor boy. lmao
