Dusk Firefly
Our Dusk Firefly white blend has a vibrant nose. It starts with ripe apricot, apple and peach along with floral fragrances like lilac. This dry white wine derives its aromatics from the Muscat. Firefly also showcases mineral and citrus characters. This everyday wine has a medium intensity in the mouth, with clean lines in the attack, and a bright, sharp finish.

Symbio 2021 Moscato
Our 2021 Symbio Moscato is a blend of two varietals from the Muscat family. The popular Black Muscat got a boost of freshness from its cousin, Muscat Canelli. Under our new brand, Symbio, we celebrate the return of one of the most popular wines to our portfolio. This young wine has some dissolved carbon dioxide, which offers an extra burst of flavor in the glass. It also exudes aromas of strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, pineapple, mango and citrus, which will remind you of Jolly Rancher and Twizzler candies. This Moscato is very sweet, round and syrupy in the mouth with low alcohol content. It has a short-to-medium length and some acidity for a balanced mouthfeel and crisp finish.

Paquet Cadeau Semi-Seco Sparkling
With a good, strong acidity, this off-dry, medium-bodied wine provides substance on the palate. Our Paquet Cadeau (pronounced pah-kay kah-dough) California Semi-Seco Sparkling Wine has aromas of green apple, pear and flowers with hints of orange and lemon zest. The flavors are lightly fruity and very pleasant.

Elance Cellars Reserve Cuvée
Our Elance Cellars Reserve Cuvée red blend is sourced from three of our favorite sustainable vineyards in Lodi. The Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc grapes they bear have been improving for the last six years, gaining in maturity with every vintage. This dry, red wine offers a mix of fruit in the nose, such as blackberry, cherry, blueberry and plum. Later, herbal aromas like thyme, toasted oak and cedar come forward. The mouthfeel offers a wonderful continuity of fruit with the addition of layers of tannins. The Syrah addition to the blend makes this wine round and approachable now. The silky and smooth mouthfeel will only increase over time. This is an elegant reserve-level wine.

Gemme Cellars 2018 Ruby
This is the first late harvest dessert wine that we have produced from a blend of 52% Zinfandel and 48% Petite Sirah. The grapes were grown on the hillside of Suisun (pronounced su-soon) Valley, east of Napa. Natural berry dehydration provides a unique intensity in the mouthfeel. This wine develops characters of prune, blackberry and strawberry. In the mouth, it offers notes of prune and strawberry, as well as raisin and licorice. After filtration and bottling, this sweet red wine tastes drier than it really is. In a few months, the initial burst of tannins will dissipate and expose even more sweet fruit characters.

Fog Vineyards 2020 Cabernet Franc
This classic Cabernet Franc possesses a soft, lingering texture of tannins from the fruit and oak throughout the finish. Cab Franc is generous, elegant and always a crowd-pleaser. This Fog Vineyards wine allows us to once again explore the great terroir of Lodi. This dry red displays a palate of aromas in the nose with strawberry, black currant and blackberry in the attack, followed by pepper, spicy notes, nutmeg and toasted oak. This sustainably grown Cabernet Franc has great structure that allows for aging. It has medium intensity in the attack, followed by dark fruits and heavy tannins in the finish.
